Thank you to Tina and David who went above and beyond with helping us track a FedEx package that they had nothing to do with shipping at all. While the delivery from FedEx in general was awful to say the least they helped us work thru the mess. Their concern helped to make us consider using FedEx in the future. Thank you again so much

Your driver for my route clearly doesn’t read the labels or the unit numbers that are openly displayed. I had my twin bed delivered to the wrong door due to the driver not paying attention to what they’re doing

Went there for shipments and while the lady was creating the labels, the phone started ringing. She left me to answer the phone and was on the phone for couple of minutes while I was standing at the desk waiting for her to come back. She did come back and asked me to confirm, when I did she said “I forgot to create a return label so I have to start over”. She did that then went to answer the phone AGAIN! Very unprofessional, very unpleasant experience and very disrespectful!

UNREAL! BEWARE! Item was packed in way too large of box - so large it couldn't ship FedEx! LOL Kinda useless... was advised to just "lie about the size and weight and they'll just bill you", however FedEx routinely FINES people HUNDREDS if you do that - I SHIP A LOT and know this!I haven't used FedEx in almost 2 years, and certainly won't again. Basically I was just ripped off for $50 today.The excuse they gave was that I did not give the correct dimensions. I ship a large amount of items, they simply didn't have the right size boxes, and wouldn't or couldn't pack it the right size. And they gave me the sheet they wrote stuff down on and, lo, the dimensions were correct.Complete rip off. To make it worse trying to pay the card machine hit my card 5 times with a crazy zip code, triggering a card shut down and fraud alert.

I had a thoroughly satisfactory visit to this facility to do a somewhat complicated (at least for me) print job. I was assisted patiently and kindly by a friendly, knowledgeable young lady called Aundrea. She is an excellent worker and an asset to this outlet. Thank you, Miss Aundrea, for making this chore come out so well!

Called to get prices. Gave them dimensions and specifications. I was told "about $x per page." I asked for a specific amount and was told they would have to enter the order in to provide a price. Seriously? They literally would not tell me the cost on the phone.

They charge you 45 cents a minute to use their self service computer. I was on the computer for about 2 minutes and was charged $10….
