Shipped my package to a different location. That location sent it back to fedex. And now it’s lost…. Not to mention the million transfers and being hung up on when trying to call and figure it out

I used to drive for fedex freight... I almost died driving for them... I took a Line haul position from them... My very first day in Line haul they gave me a truck that was in that shop for six month... I took the truck off the yard carrying doubles to kansas city mo from springfield mo...I got down the road and I turned around because the truck was not braking right...I got back to the yard and I TOLD the mechanic that the truck was not braking right... He told me that the truck was just recently PM and told me that the truck was perfectly ok and was safe to drive...I leave the yard again going tords Kansas city and was on hwy 13 coming up on hwy cc going down hill at 65 mph around a curve, with a car to the right of me and the front brake chamber blew and sliced my front left steer tire and about rolled the whole trucked trying to prevent from hitting the car on the right side of me.... I talked to the terminal manager about and he didnt care.... Ever since then I have not wanted to drive a truck aspecially with doubles....Be aware of fed ex and there equipment ... I have yet felt comfortable or confendence in fed ex equitment to drive... I drove for four years prior before that and one instant my life flashed...I I have lost all confiendence in there trucks and was the last driving job I ever had.. Be careful if drive for them...

I had a large crate to ship, but we live pretty far out in the country so I opted to take it to the FedEx facility. Easy to find, the guy in the office was very helpful and friendly. All in all a good experience.

Usally have good experience but this time was horrible. Had local depo and corporate offices telling me two different things. Said they lost my package but local office was able to find it. Ended up driving 6 hour round trip to get package not to risk them loseing it again.

Ringing doorbell is apparently to difficult. Just a little note to your drivers, the ring doorbell is recording you whether you ring or not and alerts me. Thank you technology because of lazy humans.
