6 months of problems after Roger and Byron worked on my truck.
Worked out with the area manager to get a final fix. When I got it back it has more problems then it went in with. Every time this location touches my vehicle it comes out worse. Firestone is doing very little to help with the situation. I’ve given multiple chances to fix issues and help me out. I’m out 20+ days of work at $500 plus. They owe me 10k on lost wages due to their incompetence

Took my Nissan rogue in for a tail light issue that they weren't able to diagnose and an alignment. It acted up again so I took it to the dealership and also described the same thing about the front end to the service rep. They found a cracked tail light that was letting moisture in and that my front control arms had cracked bushings.

Purchased some tires from them (good tires) but they broke off two of my lug nut studs tried to charge me 144.00 for labor to fix them takes 10 mins if your tires already off. They didnt do there complementary front end alignment check to make sure my new tires wont ware uneven. Not impressed at all I wont go here again for tires or any other service

Got an oil change. My vehicle has never ran or sounded WORSE. Did it for convenience… I will go out of my way to find somewhere else. Moving forward. They called, while changing my oil, requesting a rotation. I declined. Which I regret now for only 21 dollars. Something tells me my car will be running like dream still, had I not said no…. Furthermore, the oil used VERY thin. My car sounds like trash now. They are not to blame, they (after taking it back up there the next day) “took pictures” which sounds like they deal with this stuff all the time! Highly recommend YOU GO ELSE WHERE.

I had to come back because they did not tighten my alignment bolt and my suspension was lose. Almost new car. Worst place ever. Be glad i did not file lawsuit.

Booked appointment online, got there 1 hr early and it took them like 3 hrs to put 4 tires on my truck. And they knew I was waiting in the waiting room. Then got my truck back and it was disgusting and grease all over my stealing wheel and oil on my leather seat. Also dirty grim on the door handle inside and out. Not to mention the grease smudges on the side of my truck.. pretty disappointed honestly.

I just got off the phone with these people and they wanted to charge $610 to replace a oil pan gasket which is $40 and do a oil change which max is like $55 and it's takes like 30 mins to do so shouldn't of cost more then maybe $100 to $150 $610 is a rip off

I want to share my very disappointing experience with the service at [firestone] that I've encountered over the past few weeks. I made an appointment 3 weeks ago for an alignment, but my appointment was rescheduled twice. When I arrived at the center, I requested a tire change, but they quoted $1,200 for 4 tires, while the same tires at Sam's Club are only $820. I decided not to replace the tires because the price was too high and only wanted the alignment as originally scheduled.
However, when I offered to leave my car for them to do the alignment when they were free, they said it wasn't possible. It feels like they just want to take my money and don't want to do the alignment for free as promised. This is a very bad and unprofessional experience.
I hope the center will reconsider their service approach and respect their customers more. I can't accept this situation dragging on any longer and request a prompt resolution.

Told my daughter to bring in her car, and they didn't even look at it before asking her if she could just leave it there. Then all they wanted was money,money and more money. Then, he told her they couldn't fix the problem.

I was extremely happy that this Firestone was able to work me in same day with two nails in my tire and they were open and honest about my options (due to the fact that they couldn't repair due to corporate policy). This place has really gone uphill recently and I'm considering getting my next set of tires there.
