“It was very easy ordering over the Internet. Being out of state, there was an issue with my debit card, and they promptly called to help me get it resolved.
That worked out in my favor, because after speaking directly with them, and because of the proximity of the place of delivery, I was then able to get same day delivery!
I had apparently missed the same day delivery cut off time online.
If there was an opportunity for a need to use them again in the future, I certainly would.

We had several last minute changes as our wedding got nearer and, even on the day of, had to pivot due to rain and they were so gracious and supportive every step of the way. “Valentine's day came a day earlier than I was thinking and had me in a jam. I tried my normal (go to) sites to get flowers delivered and couldn't get my orders to even process ! I found Orchard Hills, placed my order online with absolutely no problems. I received a phone call shortly after to tell me I forgot to fill out a the card.
