This was a return visit to buy the mattress we had previously looked at. We were happy to see Sam as our salesman. He did a great job giving us the info from our first visit and even had sent a card after that just thanking us for stopping in.

Coming from a sales background, I can confidently say I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received at Denver Mattress. I worked with Tristin, and he was outstanding. The best part? Absolutely zero pressure. I let him know that I intended to make a purchase, but that I needed time to evaluate my options. He was incredibly patient throughout the process, waiting over a month without a single follow-up call or text.
When I returned on my own timeline, he was just as helpful, courteous, and professional as before. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Kudos to Tristin for delivering exceptional customer service.
