I’ve been popping into the GNC next to the post office here in Springfield, and let me tell you, it’s a bit of a mixed bag but mostly positive. The staff here is generally a friendly bunch and really know their stuff—I've had some fantastic chats about which supplements suit my goals.
That said, there have been a few hiccups. During peak hours, it feels like the staff is stretched thin, and I've had to wait longer than I’d like for assistance. Also, the store layout could use a bit of streamlining—sometimes it feels like I’m on a treasure hunt to find what I need.
On the upside, the variety of products is top-notch, and the location is super convenient. There’s something reassuring about knowing I can pick up my protein powder right after mailing out a package. Overall, it's a solid spot for your supplement needs, just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy times. Definitely worth a visit!

The reason for my five star rating is because of the young man that was working there today. Drove all the way across town and they did not have what they were advertising. So I was disappointed in that. But he was super great!

The store is the worse attentionI been a customer for more than 5 years not a problem i love the brand but this location is a same, the guy there said that they cant take returns ,I explain that lost my wallet and he can gave me a gift card or credit store but not a chance to do anything if this is a store with GNC brand must get professional people to work there.

Great products. Great employees. Great customer service.Was greeted at the door, had all our questions answered and were pointed to a few different products. They were NOT rushing to sell their in house brand instead of a competitor. Good to see.

The employees really know their stuff there. Decent selection not the biggest variety but that's ok. But the employee knowledge base is what sells at the store for sure.

Great selection of products although the new GNC pre workout is ok..the packaging is soft af..!Admist an epic pillow fight between my post showered wife, that had her on the run with a broom, the container became a projectile, and was not able to overcome a light toss!
