GH is the worst golf store I've ever been to in my life. Horrible customer service. Employees look at you like you are stealing. Could care less to help you. I couldn't give this zero stars or I would have. Will never give them any of my money.

I stopped in this store after purchasing a set of new Rogue ST Max irons from another Golf Headquarters location. I was blown away with the attention to detail on the iron purchase and wanted to get fitted for a driver. Came into the Springfield store and it was totally different. No effort to make the sale. I was going to buy one that day if I could have had the experience fitting the club in the other store. I would rate this store negative stars if I could. Really poor service and experience and I will not go back. I drove to the Rogers, AR location to make my purchase instead. BTW, the Rogers location was exceptional.

Stopped in on a whim between meetings. Although there were no other customers in the store, I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in. The three guys working weren’t even talking to each other.Just like all the other reviews- only shop here if you want rude and pretentious Customer Service. I honestly don’t know how they even stay in business! If you want great customer service from guys who know their stuff and are genuinely nice, check out Grips Golf on chestnut! They are amazing!

The worst golf store to go to. The old bald guy constantly has a stick up his butt and treats everyone like they are nothing. I’ve tried to give this store multiple chances and something always happen when I do. I’m a blue collar trades man and yes sometimes I go in work clothes but that should never matter because my money it just as green and as anyone else’s. I went into grips in the same clothes and felt more welcomed than I ever have at this joke of a store. I recently bought a the new paradym driver and had different grip out on. I noticed it was rolling so I pulled the grip to find there was no tape hold the grip and there was a giant cut mark down the shaft from when they took the grip off. This store is an absolute joke and hope they get a better staff don’t doesn’t judge or feel like he has to keep his eye on you the entire time because they think I’m gonna steal something.

If I could give zero stars I would. To say my son and I felt un welcome would be an understatement. The bald guy is probably the least helpful and most rude salesman I have ever come across. Do not waste your time or your money here

Went in wearing a t shirt and shorts. I was ignored and disrespected multiple times. Did not feel welcomed at all. I RECOMEND GRIPS GOLF INSTEAD.

Super helpful staff. If you can get past Kurts RBF, he’s actually a super nice guy! Give em a shot for your golf needs!

Agreed with every single one star comment, bald guy in the front is rude and treats me like I have never golfed before in my life. Came in with shorts and a t shirt, not sure if I need to wear khakis and my golf polo to get some respect in this store. Me and my friends have been in this store and have had the same experience every time. If you aren’t Tiger Woods, might as well go to a different store because they will treat you like a child.

I'm from out of town and I wish we had a store like this. I thought the shop was great. Huge selection of bags and drivers. If you're brand new to the sport they may not have a cheap set for you. Very knowledgeable on the differences in the golf balls . They regrip clubs and bend lofts and have almost every accessory available.

I came in new to golf wanting to buy my first set of clubs, bag, accessories, ect.. I brought about 2000 dollars with me that I had saved up. Was looking at the different sets for about 15 min. Being new I was wanting opinions for new golfers so I asked one of the employees. I walked up introduced myself and explained what I was looking for, the bald guy behind the counter was the rudest person I've met In a retail store. In a nutshell told me "clubs are on the wall, I'm busy", I was the only one in the store. I'll never go back and every person I meet on a course tells me they aren't surprised. So I went to Grips and they fitted me and were absolutely incredible, even got a free 30 min lesson it felt like! I gave Grips my 2 grand.

I totally disagree with these negative reviews, I have bought drivers putters and balls from them for a while. These guys are serious about good golf equipment and have it all this is not academy. I have become a loyal customer and their answers to questions are short but accurate. Today I was custom fitted for a new titlest TSR driver I took about 5 min. To dail it in and get the right shaft, I just hit 30 balls on the golf course and they were right there at 230 to 240 but the tight dispersion was awesome

No experience with golf, so a friend recommended this store to me since my 10 year old son is going to start golf this spring. From what I could tell, it looked like they had a nice selection and many accessories, but the gentleman who helped us did not seem interested in selling us anything when we asked for help and said we were new to the sport. We were looking to purchase everything our son needed, but left empty handed and no answers to our questions. We are now forced to go online or to a big box store to find what we need. Frustrating.

Have purchased 2 brand new clubs here. Both chipped when unwrapped. Top it off with rude employees.

I have to agree with several others that my experience at the golf shop was very disappointing. For instance, asking legit questions about new products and with answers that were very cynical response/attitude. I’ve been there twice now and purchased products both times because it’s the only golf shop near the area I live “Branson” I only purchased a little bit because of the attitude, wasted gas and time. What they don’t know is that I’ve been in the golf business 30 plus years now with a pretty big golf following. Please note I certainly didn’t tell them my golf background etc and I never would or will do that because I believe all customers should be treated equally and fairly. That being said I will not shop there again and I hate to say it, but I’ll do business online or a reputable golf shop I’ve dealt with in the past. My only regret was giving them a second chance, but that’s the way I was taught, live and teach. There will be no third opportunity for me. I know retail can be tough, but if you can’t handle coming to work with a good attitude, knowledge of products and helpful then find something else as a job. The 2 star review was so I don’t act as sorry as they do and that’s it. I believe in change and they’re going to desperately need it to revive that place
