Just moved to the area and had the best experience here at Goodyear. Staff was super helpful and got me in on a busy day, made sure I was taken care of and understood my options. While I don’t anticipate needing another repair soon, the next one will definitely be brought back here.

Sent my daughter in because I thought I could trust them. Quoted her $1200 on $500 fix. Can’t help but think they were trying to take advantage of a young lady. Found a local mechanic with over 40 years experience. Quality pads rotors and labor for less than $500

Went in for a basic alignment, left and never going back!!!
The guy who worked on my truck deliberately tried to get me in an accident. After getting home and pulling in to my driveway I took a look under my truck because it was steering weird on the drive home. I noticed he didn't put the castle nut cotter pin back in my tie rod, he didn't even tighten my tie rods down! I had to get my wrenches out and tighten everything down myself!
These people are going to get someone killed and need to be investigated!
DO NOT GO HERE, YOU'RE LIFE DEPENDS ON IT!!!!
I have been to many different shops in my lifetime and have never seen such blatant incompetence before, and to me it honestly looks and feels like malicious intent. You don't just forget to tighten down tie rods unless you're trying get someone hurt!

The guys at this store are on top of things and very professional. I was able to walk in and have my oil changed and they checked my tires for me. I was in and out in no time. The customer service is top notch as well.

Scumbags, daughter went in for brakes to be looked at 1,400 dollar estimate. Went to a reputable shop in town $599.00, reporting this place to BBB. Shop around people these people are ripoffs 😠

Went in for an oil change and to find a coolant leak that I knew about for some time. Swapped one of the hoses that had an issue with it and solved the problem. When I left my check engine light came on which wasn’t on before. Couldn’t go back at that time because I needed to go back to work, so I took it back first thing in the morning after reading the code at an O’Reilleys on the way. Code pointed to a turbocharger solenoid issue, I asked them to take a look and see if they had unplugged something or knocked it loose while completing their work. The guy walked out to the parking lot with me, popped the hood and checked 3 connections on the top that has nothing to do with the issue and told me I had to take it to a dealer and they can deal with it. I kept suggesting that it had to have been an issue on their side, not the end of the world but I would like them to fix their mistake, they refused. I guess I had the craziest timing on the planet that my check engine light comes on for the first time in years 5 minutes after they worked on it…. Had to take it somewhere else and pay for them to diagnose the issue and tell me that there is some sort of bend or impact to one of the lines which was very puzzling because the skid plate is there and in perfect condition. The guy was super confused on how it could possibly happen naturally. So annoying that they can’t own up and back their work. Or at the very minimum make a real effort to look at the issue that is clearly from them. I had previously gone to them a few times, but this experience ended it for me and I will be finding a new place to go. Wouldn’t suggest going here

Playing true crime in their lobby while children are there and then saying "we're charging you for 4 instead of 3, because it's easier that way" lol. Don't come here. How they have this high of a rating is above me.

Do not believe any information that Goodyear puts out about a rebate. It's a lie, at best a scam. I bought 4 new tires from them with a promised rebate. I filled out the paperwork and was denied. You will be better served somewhere else. Don't shop here.

I needed a new tire, so I popped in over here. They assessed it, got me a quote, and then changed it out. I think I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Quick and professional.
