My fur baby is having a hard with back leg weakness and after calling Grant Pet Hospital, they got him in within a couple of hours. The front desk staff, the Dr assistant and the Dr herself, was very friendly and understanding of my concern and were very gentle with my baby. Very happy with the way he was taken care of and making sure I understood what they were doing and answered any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

They were absolutely wonderful! Had an emergency situation with my little guy and they just took us right back and kept us informed. Megan was amazing and kept my little guy so calm. The vet was very personable and told us exactly what procedure he would need. I would recommend them for any of your pets needs! Thumbs up!!

Best vet ever! Everyone was so nice from the moment we walked in. We had Tom as our vet and he was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with our cat and printed us off information on the condition so we knew about it more. He gave us options and was helpful with deciding on how to move forward to help our furbaby. I trust them and recommend them to others.

I had a pet emergency on Friday.I had tried 3 other locations prior to them which had the word "Emergency" in their name and their web sites said they had emergency hours. They ALL were NOT and you had to be a client.GRANT PET HOSPITAL was the only one willing to.Even though we would have to wait, they were willing. It would have only been 1 hours. The were Very Very pleasant and empathetic. We were able to get a hold of regular vet while we waited, and they got us squeezed in sooner (which u was afraid we wouldn't get in).I definitely will keep this place as my backup in the future if I need one.Thank you for being so kind to this worried fur baby parent ❤

We love this vet! Dr. Clem has taken great care of my cat. The facility is always clean, they always get us in on time if not earlier, and they can get us in pretty quickly when we book. Though they might be a little pricy, I definitely think their services are worth it.

Amazing experience! The staff was so friendly and helpful with my sick pup. I couldn’t get him into my normal vet and they were able to see my pup right away even though they were short staffed. My dog is a bit of a problem child at the vet and they were very accommodating for the situation.Pets are family and you can tell they feel the same way there. Thanks again for you help!

My cat had been sick for about a year (2021-2022). My primary vet had brushed her symptoms off, even after they started becoming very concerning, and straight up ignored me when tried to make an appointment once her back legs stopped working. Took her to to an emergency 24hr clinic a couple of times, only to be basically given a shrug from the doctors there as well. The doctor who saw my cat here at Grant was the ONLY vet who was competent and humble enough to take her symptoms seriously. The second the doctor walked in and saw my cat, she knew something abnormal was happening and was alarmed at her condition. Looked in her eyes with a flashlight and told me her health was critical (she said she thought she had a blood clot of some sort). Instead of glazing over the situation because she didn’t have the expertise to treat this specific issue, she referred me to a hospital in Columbia to see a specialist, and told me I needed to go THAT DAY because my cat could die at any moment.Well, sadly she was right about how critical her condition was, but I found out too late. After taking her to Columbia, she was diagnosed with cancer and had to be euthanized a couple of days later after a failed attempt at treating her.Though I wasn’t able to save my cat, this was the first and only clinic I managed to get into that took my concerns seriously and seemed to know what they were doing. I feel like if I had gone to Grant in the first place, the cancer might have been caught in time for treatment to be effective. My only complaint was that euthanization was never given as a secondary option (I regret putting my cat through the stress of cancer treatment when the likelihood of her surviving was so slim). I am still incredibly thankful for the genuine care and concern of the doctor. Sadly I do not remember the doctor’s name, but my cat was Mystic and I believe my appointment was on September 14, 2022. Thank you!

We have used Grant since my first pet decades ago! They are always polite, professional, knowledgeable, and caring. They never try to up sell us on services or products but they do explain the importance of pet care without guilt tripping or judging. They’re an amazing group of passionate professionals!

My daughter took her dog for a appointment. My daughter told them all about her dog and the situation upfront. They made the appointment and quoted a price. We made it to the appointment all for them to change everything around. The dog has epilepsy seizures. The dog is not okay all. The staff was unprofessional and rude. This the worse experience for my daughter who love and cherish animals. Staff had kids running around. Yes worse ever.

Our dog Bo recently had to get stitches. His regular vet was out of the office when it happened so we brought him to urgent care here at Grant Pet Hospital. I was a little nervous bringing him somewhere that we weren't familiar with but I have to say that everyone we encountered while at our visit was great. Dr. Ellie examined Bo. She did the minor surgery required and he was back home the same evening. During our appointment we also talked with two vet techs - one upon admission and one upon release. Both of them were great as well. The receptionist was also very nice. Everyone answered our questions and explained everything to us thoroughly. They also took things slow with Bo and they were very compassionate with him as he was pretty nervous and anxious about being there. Hopefully we will never need urgent care again but if we do, we won't hesitate to come back. I'm very thankful for them and all they did to ensure Bo was on his way to recovery. It has been 5 days and his wound is healing nicely.
