I have gotten my hair cut at Great Clips for nearly twenty years. Darla has cut my hair or my bangs most of this time. She is the best! I highly recommend her!Service: Haircut

I've been going her for about 3 years now. I always love the friendly smile and they do a good job. But the last 2 times I have gone I've had a horrible experience. First time this lady messed my hair up really bad! She didn't even try to do what I asked or fix it when I said something! And then I went back thinking it might change. Went to get 3 of my kids hair cuts. The same person that cut my hair cut my daughter's hair. I was busy with my youngest getting his hair cut. And she didn't even ask what I wanted. I ran to her to tell her what I wanted. Then before I knew it my daughter was getting down. She didn't even ask if that was ok. So I asked if my daughter was happy with the length. She said sure. When we left I looked at her hair cut again. It didn't even look like she did anything! I won't be returning which I hate because the prices are good. Just this one lady can't cut hair and has bad manners!

I thought I liked it but when I got home I had to fix my own hair like cut the long hairs off....so I give her props and also good tip for trying but it was a easy long layered cut and you cant really tell I got a hair cut.....? but she did try I just wish I could have someone else cut it... Unless it were made up by someone I probably wouldn't go back sorry.
