Love Great Clips! I have had my hair cut at a Great Clips for many years - since the first one opened by WalMart on Independence St. Have also patronized Great Clips in Bloomington, Il and Woodstock, GA and am now back in Springfield, MO. No matter which Great Clips I have used the hair cuts have been consistently good and as I wanted. Thank you.

The guy that did my boyfriend eyebrows, beard on June 28, 2025. Only cut one eyebrows and did a really bad job. I had to cut it and fix it. He did a good job on his hair cut. I had a hair cut to, by some one else she did a good job. His paid is under his name

By far the worst hair cut I've ever had. I had roughly 4 inches of hair and she was only supposed to cut a half inch off. I barely have an inch of hair left, she basically gave me a military style buzz cut.

I felt a little like a sheep being sheared. The employee was pretty rough with me. I’m going to look for a shop where I can have the same person cutting my hair each month.

Terry did a good job on my 7-year-old son's hair, as he did once before.
I really like how Brandy did with my hair. It was the best haircut I've ever received from one of the chain locations. Usually Great Clips is my backup, but I may become a regular customer!
