Kaitlyn was beyond helpful and so kind. After having a bad experience with the other location she assured me it was taken care of. I am beyond thankful for how supportive she was and that she took the time out of her day to help me. She made me feel like she truly cared about me as a customer. This is by far the best great southern location in the area.

After banking here for nearly a decade, they still dont have my bounce protection on correctly and I'm once again 100 bucks in the hole. WORST bank ever. Going somewhere more professional and reliable

I was really disappointed in this branch. It is located close to my work so I can make it there before they close (I couldn't believe they are open until 7 pm- positive score toward star rating). I went inside to talk to them about two letters I had received in the mail, and brought those letters with me. One letter said that my automatic withdrawals were being dropped, the other said welcome to the Great Southern family, they couldn't wait to serve my loan needs. I was confused about the conflicting statements and why my automatic withdrawals were being dropped. My car loan had been through Great Southern for 3 years, and I still had approximately a year left on my car loan. Either way, I wasn't expecting what would happen next. The man who met with me seemed to be annoyed by the fact that I was asking for help. I explained that my wallet had been stolen in October 2016, but I had changed all my checking information shortly after in November 2016, and Great Southern hadn't had any issues with taking money out of my new account until JULY 2017. Suddenly, over 7 months later, they are having problems with my account through another bank. (sounds fishy?? -when they could repossess my vehicle with just over $1000 left on my loans. Several friends said I should contact the BBB about this gut feeling I had in the first place). Needless to say I wasn't pleased, but casually mentioned that there must have been some mistake in the paperwork side on their part. The man refused to acknowledge that Great Southern was in any way at fault for this transaction issue. I even said, "well not your branch in particular, but somewhere there was a miscommunication," and again he argued with me and tried to put blame on me, but couldn't explain how this could happen that they correctly took money out of my new account for over 7 MONTHS, and nothing had changed during that time! How sad. I definitely wouldn't recommend this branch now in how I was treated. I am glad to say they AREN'T my bank and no longer service my loan!

This is my bank since 1986! Yes, since 1986, 30 years ago! Would not bank with any other banks for anything! I love Great Southern bank! Its employees very nice, friendly, helpful and courtesy!

I am not a Great Southern Customer but I was very pleased with how I was treated at this branch today. I drive all over Greene Co. for my work and I found myself needing to get 2 copies made but not having time to drive all the way back to my office. I stopped by my bank thinking I could pay for copies but was told it is their policy not to make copies even for account holders. So I left very frustrated and went across the street to Great Southern. They were very friendly and made me copies without hesitation. It's a tiny little branch but everyone was very kind and attentive while I was there.
