After discovering a data breach on an unrelated online service, I promptly informed Great Southern and decided to close my current account, opening a new one instead. To my dismay, my bank informed me that I would be unable to use their online banking until I scanned my computer for viruses. It's frustrating to be denied access to my finances while trying to secure my account. This experience has led me to reconsider my loyalty to GSB, as I seek better support elsewhere.

This bank has always gone out of its way to provide a great place to run a business. The tellers are always pleasant and fast. The banker Maisha at this particular location is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and anything we ran into we were not sure on, she did the leg work to get an immediate answer. I really enjoy coming in here.

Awful customer service. Frequently shut off my card for "Fraud watch" without ever communicating it to me, no text call email or anything, leaving me stranded without money. Than when actual fraud happened on my account losing me several hundred dollars they essentially did nothing. Would not recommend. Unprofessional and would not trust them with your money.

1st time I have been in this branch & the young lady that helped me was Most pleasant & helpful without knowing Me from Adam!We got my banking business taken care of ALL while the phone was ringing off the wall & she was dealing with that & My multiple transactions that she handled ALL very professionally!WILL BE Returning to this location...Thank GS !

Great Southern has fixed my problem promptly and made things right, I've used great southern for sometime, great bank. Everyone has small hiccups, but things were fixed I do recommend them!

Recently had my info stolen at another bank. Great Southern was recommended to me, so I walked in here to open a new account and they were super kind and straight to the point! Quick visit and they answered all the questions I had!

Just got to say these tellers are so friendly and have helped so much. My card was locked and account locked. And Need to pay my bills. And there was a lady that gave me pizza and breadsticks because she was so sorry for my situation. Thank you that was honestly just great. And Meisha and jess.

I had a mysterious $100 payment try to come out of my checking account and Great Southern fraud alert caught it and verified with me whether I had made this payment or not. When I responded "no" my debit card was deactivated naturally.so now I'm in the middle of a workday without much time and I need to have a new debit card made. I walk in and within five minutes I'm in Thomas is office and another five minutes after that I've got my new debit card. That was really quick! Thomas was a totally cool dudeand I wish I could remember the tellers name because she deserves to be mentioned for being so polite and getting me in there so fast. so thank you Thomas! Thank you teller! I wish I could remember your name but I really appreciate you! You made the negative experience of having an unauthorized $100 taken from my account into a really positive one for me. You made my day into a better day! I hope you both get raises! Cheers

Two women at this branch are ignorant to the fact that people on the phone could, and have health issues that cause them NOT to be able to speak really loud. I called this branch twice last week. Both times the women on the phone screamed ? at me that they could not hear me, and when I tried to explain why I could not talk loud, ( having trouble breathing), they still were loud.
