The management here is good. That said, I called in to ask a specific question, and they answered immediately. I was asked if I was OK with being put on hold, I said yes. They never came back. I waited on hold for 42 minutes.I was called by management and they apologized for the long wait. I appreciate him taking the time to contact me and address this minor concern.

This is the branch I always use. It used to be strictly because of convenience. Recently, I met Ben with some banking and notary questions. He went above and beyond helpful. I was so impressed! I'm really glad this is my branch and will recommend it to everyone. Thanks Ben!

This bank has great Saturday hours. We needed to get some change for an event at the last minute, but found through one of their rude tellers that this bank only gives change to those with an account there. They must not be too interested in gaining new customers! We had considered opening an account here, but not after this experience.

I moved to the area recently and decided to join the bank. I joined great Southern bank because I noticed they had a lot of branches in the area. However what I didn't realize was that this bank is a complete and utter joke. They were happy to set me up with the online service so that I can use online banking and their mobile app. And what they failed to mention was that the online banking doesn't actually work and that the mobile app is impossible to set up. I have literally been trying for four weeks straight to get the online banking set up or mobile app set up but to no avail. The worst part of all is that when I went into the bank branch and asked for help they simply told me they can't help me and that I would need to use a library computer because somehow that would make all the difference in the world. It appears to me that this bank doesn't care in the least bit about its customers so I'm pulling out my $140,000 a year income and going elsewhere. To think I almost asked them about a home loan. Glad I didn't!
