Worst customer service compared to any institution. They never answer the phone at this branch so don’t bother calling. That’s not the worst, they will hold your check on purpose until you have a negative balance then they will throw in an insufficient fund fee.

This is my main bank location, since it feels so safe and homey. I always get one of the same two attendants, and both of them always help me out as fast as possible. No problems, no stress, no questions. Top notch group of people.

I have used this bank for roughly 14 years. I love it, and I think the branches are conveniently located. I really love the virtual teller ATM. Do wish it was open later. But it's open till 7 and sometimes I can make it there before it shuts down, work permitting that is. The staff is always kind, courteous and very helpful.

I haven’t had any issues banking here until I used the ATM for a cash deposit, they keep your money for an entire day without notifying you beforehand that they are doing so. I called and no valuable help was offered. As someone who runs a small business, cash flow is important and keeping someone’s cash without letting them know is an issue.

If I could give them zero stars I would, I went to use the atm at the west Kearney branch,tried to withdraw 400$, the transaction was denied yet it charged my account the 400$...the bank and its employees told me to bad,not their problem and that I needed to take it up with my direct express card....so they took 400 dollars from me, told me it was not their problem ..the lady I spoke with was rude and condescending...I will never use this bank again,oh and I have to wait up to 90 days for a dispute to be settled, my landlord wants his rent...today ..thanks a lot guaranty bank

As a wife of an African American businessman... there is NO WAY I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BANK LOCATION IN SPFD MO. TELLER ABSOLUTELY REFUSED TO CASH A CHECK from one of our customers for no Other reason than my husband didn't look like everyone else. SAD.

This bank is the reason we were able to become debt free. It began with a 0% interest bank card on all transfers. They extended the offer a few times over the next three years. Thanks to them, we paid off a huge pile of credit card debt, and were able to achieve a A+ credit rating. This allowed us to buy a new car at an incredible low interest rate. Now paid in full! We decided to buy a home here in Springfield, they were the FIRST place we went for the loan. The bank has truly been a awesome experience!

Very unprofessional, would not do a notary even though I had my ID and Documents for Company to show. Banker name was Selena. She seemed really nice and polite, but refused to do a notary because she was unsure of it. I was really confused. Hope they get proper training for customers that need a notary done.

This use to be my favorite branch to visit. Now, I go out of my way not to go there. The ladies working there now are rude and liars. Makes me think about changing banks all together.

I absolutely love this bank. I moved to Springfield from Portland 3 years ago and for the first couple years was using my institution in Oregon. For convenience I finally closed that account and opened one with Guaranty. The employees here are all incredibly friendly and helpful. I make deposits a couple times a week and most of them have learned my name and greet me upon entry. You just don't get that with the larger financial establishments. I recently had a problem after ordering checks that never arrived to my address. I reordered them and put a stop payment on the ones that were mailed. Typically there is a fee for that however, much to my surprise, they were kind enough to waive that for me. The hours are convenient and there is an ATM just outside where I can make deposits after hours. I can't speak highly enough about Guaranty Bank and their employees. Reminds me of my local bank in Portland.
