“Not the friendliest experience initially. My husband and I visited to purchase ammunition after receiving a recommendation, but the interaction felt a bit unwelcoming, as if we were inconveniencing the staff.
That said, Jason, the owner, followed up with us directly. He was very gracious, took the time to listen, and apologized for the misunderstanding. That level of accountability speaks well of his leadership and the business overall.”
