I just spent $60 at this store and they wanted to charge $0.10 for a bag. Ridiculous. It's not that I can't afford $0.10 extra, it's the principal of the matter. Absolutely stupid. I definitely won't be back. I will also be sure to let as many people as possible know and tell them not to shop here either. Congratulations on saving that $0.10 on that bag though. Great business decision.

I went with my husband to this store on a Saturday, with all the purpose of buying a set of linen pants and t-shirt. My husband loved it. The issue was that we needed th size M of the t-shirt and the only available was the one that the mannequin was wearing. I asked for it, and I told the employee (who obviously hates her job and life), that our intention was to buy it 100%. Long story short: "H&M is not allowed to take the chlothes off of the mannequin", eventhough it is a secure sale, dumb isn't it?. I already Google it and apparently is true OR up to the store if they want to or not. Anyways, it is a dumb policy, we are not even from Springfield, we were on vacation, and the manager told me that I could go back on Monday and then they will give it to us. LOL. I didn't like the way I was treaten, I didn't like that I wanted a more relevant and valid justification about "why" and I didn't like that they didn't help found or suggested other solutions like: We have this other set or we can order it online for you. I know my money is meaningless to H&M but I would definetly not coming back to this store.

My daughter gets all kinds of compliments on her windbreaker and hat that she got at h&m. They're adorable, affordable, and stylish. The sales associates were all very helpful, especially when setting up a rewards account for us.

This location use to be my favorite....the last 5 times I have been. there my coffee drink order is messed up!! you have one job.... one job....why get it wrong every time?!?!? When I called to complain I was told you would replace it...which is great EXCEPT I have to be at work. So....I will drink my coffee the way you intended instead of the way I did!! ? I will sadly go out of my way to get my morning coffee else where!!!
