Derick Chastain was very helpful and put my mind at ease from the very beginning of a stressful experience of having my car hit and needing repairs. Derick helped me navigate the insurance company and reassured me frequently that things would be done in the best way possible to restore my car as close as possible to it’s original condition. I am very pleased with the results and professionalism of the outcome of my vehicle. Thank you Hammer’s Autoworks. I would highly recommend this company to everyone I know.

From the moment I walked into their business for an estimate until the moment I left with my car fixed brand new looking, I was pleased. The front desk ladies are the kindest, always with smiles on their faces. I worked with Aaron (the vice president of the company) on everything. He was as nice and down to earth as everyone else, which is not how a vice president usually is at a company. My 2017 Nissan Pathfinder front bumper was falling off when I brought it in, and looking at it now, you wouldn't even know. They are Nissan certified, and it shows with all the multiple awards and certificates all over their walls. They were able to get working on my car sooner than expected, which was a blessing, especially since I was moving to Florida and left my car behind with them. I would not just trust anyone with my car like that miles and states away. If anyone ask for bodywork shop suggestions, I am sending them to Hammer's Autoworks! They are the best!! Thank you for all your help!!

First of all they did a good job on my truck. The problem is that it took them 3 times longer than what they originally told me, and their communication is non-existent. There was no communication from Hammers. If it's going to take you 2 months longer than you quoted you should at least reach out and inform your customer. Had to contact them multiple times to see what was going on to either get we are working on the truck or absolutely no answer at all. The day my truck was ready I called them 30 minutes before they closed to see the status of my truck and they were like oh yeah it's ready. Even when my truck was done they still didn't contact me.

I was in an accident 2 days ago right in front of their business and when I pulled in the parking lot one of the workers there I believe was named Aaron I was so out of it I just left the doctors office with a 102° fever and was finally heading home when the person in front of me slammed on her brakes bc the person in front of her made a quick turn w/ no blinker I haven't been in a accident in years and was really shook up to say the least plus being sick on top of it! Aaron came out of their doors and was so helpful and caring he immediately made me feel like I was going to be ok like a lil guardian angel! Then him and several other workers there helped fix my car to were I could drive home myself and not have to pay to get it towed my bumber was pushed all the way into my tire and they not only got it to be drivable but did it without doing really any damage more to my blazer I can't thank them all enough they made me feel like there are still really good people in this world and i can tell they really care about people and so if anyone ever needs anything done from them I can't recommend them enough!!! ??

I was so pleased to work with Hammer's. They did a fantastic job on my car repair. My car was clean from top to bottom inside and out. They went above and beyond and even delivered my car to my house. Highly recommend them.
