This store consistently struggles to maintain adequate inventory levels. Each time I inquire about a product, the response is always, “We have a truck coming soon.”
The individual responsible for inventory management should be reassigned to a different department, as this has been a recurring issue for over a year.

I bought a trailer from Harbor Freight a few months ago. Upon assembly, it was discovered that the right rear side rail was not in the box with it, they had packed two left rear rails. I contacted customer service on July 4th and they said they would send it a replacement. The replacement they sent was another left rear rail. I contacted them again, and again they said they would send a replacement. This was July 14, again the part I received was incorrect, this time a front crossbeam. I contacted them again on July 21 and again they said they would send the correct part. I received it July 27 and it was another front crossbeam. I called them again about it and was told they would send an email where I could document everything and they would take care of it. I have still not received an email. It is now far past their 90 day return window and I am stuck with a trailer I can not use because I can not finish the assembly. I can not recommend doing business with Harbor Freight any more. Buyer beware with this company.

Excellent customer service and overall stock, however the website was a little decieving cause we went there to purchase a $6.99 air compressor regulator that it said they had in stock and they had none so we wasted gas and valuable time cause we drove in from out of town and this was to work on a newcustomers vehicle of ours, not a good start for his reviews for Our Family Business, Prayers 🙏 that he understands.

Not smart enough to keep inventory

I purchased a set of reciprocating saw blades 15 ct package. Only 14.99 just about a $ a blade which I found out why they are only that price. My personal experience with them now is they are way overpriced, I went through 3 blades cutting 9 2x4s. I put my old de walt blade in to finish the job. Buyer’s beware
