We had great customer service from Mary Hunter and a great deal of help selecting the perfect combination of furniture for our house. Her associate, Megan, also helped with the design layout and did a really great job helping with the size of furniture. We really appreciate having a store like this available to us...and we'll definitely be returning!

Lance is fantastic! He is a good communicator and has pertinent input while we work together to create the perfect room! Had everything I was looking for and helped me achieve my goals from my Pinterest boards. Great quality furniture with beautiful fabric. This is our second time shopping with Lance at Havertys. We will be back next time we are planning a room redesign.

Kelly was an excellent sales person. He went above and beyond to make sure we were completely happy with the furniture pieces we wanted. Which is Havarty’s motto. He has made us life long customers for home furnishings. Even the delivery guys were courteous and friendly. When we had a tear in one of our pieces. Cyrus explained what to expect and said we would be taken care of. He was 100% right and they swapped the pieces with no fuss.

I love coming into Havertys! The people, the surroundings and of course the furniture are top notch. I don’t feel pressure, I don’t feel fooled or taken advantage of. Definitely makes the purchases that we make worth it! Shout out to Lance who is always upbeat, cheerful and putting smiles on our faces.

Tracy Myers and Megan Hinkle were both outstanding! We had a fantastic experience at Havertys. Tracy was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, anticipating our every need. Megan's design expertise was invaluable in helping us visualize our living space. The showroom is beautifully curated and clean. Even during the busy Labor Day weekend, we didn't feel rushed or pressured. We're so impressed with the level of service and talent at Havertys. They've definitely earned our business!

We found some chairs online and the site had some issues with information, so we called the store. Spoke with Mary and she was incredibly kind and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed. She even said they could order the chairs to come to the store for us to try before purchasing if needed.
Ordering over the phone was super easy, and they sent an email to allow virtual payment. Great hybrid shopping experience.
