“An absolutely wonderful place to buy local honey and similar items. We buy local honey because it helps fend off seasonal allergies and it doesn't get much more local than here. They also carry Doterra products like On Guard and other essential oils which do a much better job at natural healing than pharmaceuticals. Their flavored honeys are great with many flavors. Try the habanaro in fresh tea to daft an oncoming cough. They owner is super nice and weve deslt with her for many years. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well. If you havnt dropped by here you should as youll be hooked.”

“We were looking for a group of supplements.We went to a large health food store and was told we couldn't get the supplements in pill form. Only in power form. It didn't sound right. We stopped by Spring Valley and they had exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Spring Valley first.
