Had to order a window with an unusual trim option. David worked exceptionally hard to locate the window I needed even reaching out the the manufacturer to ensure we ordered the right option. You do not get that kind of service anywhere else.

I cannot speak highly enough about Herrman Lumber and the exceptional service provided by Bobby Henson. From start to finish, my experience with Herrman Lumber has been nothing short of outstanding.
First and foremost, the quality of the lumber at Herrman is top-notch. Whether I needed sturdy planks for a backyard project or fine wood for intricate detailing, Herrman had everything I required, and then some. The variety and quality of their lumber are truly impressive.
What truly sets Herrman Lumber apart, however, is their unparalleled customer service, exemplified by Bobby Henson. Bobby's expertise and professionalism made all the difference. He patiently listened to my needs, offered valuable advice, and went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
Furthermore, the convenience and efficiency of Herrman Lumber cannot be overstated. The ordering process was straightforward, and the delivery was prompt, with the lumber arriving in perfect condition.

As a contractor, I've worked with Herrman lumber on and off four about 4 years. 4 years ago, my sales rep Mike was fantastic. He answered my calls, got me numbers quickly and was very easy to work with. He retired about 2 years ago and I was passed on to Brian Lewis who was still helpful, although took a while to get ahold of or get answers out of fairly often. Then he got promoted and we are now mostly floating around with no sales rep. We went in in person one day to try and form more of a relationship and see how we can work together better and were basically told our company is too small to get a sales rep. We hardly ever get numbers back anymore for our estimates. We ordered a door a while ago and were told it would come in on 1/6/22. Since that date had passed, we emailed back and asked if they meant 12/6/22 or 1/6/23. They emailed back with a blank email. Then when the door did come in, I drove up there to get it and they filed it under the wrong order number and couldn't find it. Eventually they found it. Overall, this company used to be great. Now, they are having a hard time keeping employees and have decided they don't care about helping smaller companies.

They knew what I needed, when I sent my wife to pick up some materials. I wasn't thrilled lumber is as high as it is, but that's apparently every lumber yard now, they all cost about the same.
