Fair prices, wide variety, and very helpful staff. I was able to get everything I needed to modify a traxxas rc car to be slow enough for my son to drive, a couple batteries, and swap the wheels and tires to handle the rough ground at our house.

The people are awesome there. Only problem I had was one employee told the other employee to get me a specific part I needed, that employee took my part to the cashier. Not realizing until I got home and opened package it was wrong. And since I opened it it wasn’t able to be returned. I had to purchase $40 more pars to make my 129$ part work.

I had a good experience with Hobby Town. I was looking for some fine model paint brushes. They didn't really have a good selection of brush sets. I didn't purchase a set of three but wasn't really comfortable with them. I googled after I got home and found a nice set that looked good. So I ordered those and went to return what I got from Hobby Town. They were very very good, no hassle, no problems.
They have a great selection of models, just need to improve on brush selection.

So I just want to start out with the staff was awesome. I wish I could remember the kids name (he had longish hair). I drove over two hours to come here, I had planned on buying the XRT ULTIMATE and the TRX-4 The ultimate was out of stock, but I did get the trx4. Love this truck. I got to the motel charged the battery's while we hopped in the hot tub, got back to the room and it was ready to go. Them being out of stock wasn't a big deal because now I'll jidt get some hop up parts lol. Anyways I just wanna say this store is great and I plan on coming back, SOON. Thanks guys.

It is a big hobby store, cool indoor RC track. So many different hobbies available here. Didn't have what we were looking for, but staff was helpful in trying to find what we needed.

This was my first visit to the store last week. I found it very neat, clean, well organized, and brightly lit. I had a little problem finding what I went for - a puzzle mat and some puzzles. Puzzles I could find, but not the mat as I had the packaging totally different in my mind. Picture a rolled up mat with puzzle inside. I was looking for a tube packaging and had actually walked by the product. It actually comes in a small box. The staff is terrific! They are knowledgeable, considerate, and very friendly. I highly recommend this store! I know I will definitely be going back.

Loads of RC products. Keep in mind they will only stock THE BEST so if you're looking for cheap, stick to Amazon. But if you want top quality you will find it here. But don't be shocked on prices.. they have alot of stock replacement parts if you don't wanna mess with upgrades for like a child. If the RC fails in any way. Odds are they will have it or can order it.
