Went to do a return at the store. I didn’t have a receipt because they were gifts. I know most of the time you should have receipts. However I’ve never had a store refuse to give at least store credit. Very unfriendly and unhelpful.

I would give it negative stars but it still would not be enough. I attempted to return a gift without the receipt and was told they had just changed their return policy last month. Now I have 3 pairs of brand new never taken out of the box jeans that are too short for use. The staff was not very helpful and eager to remind me that without the tag on the clothing and receipt they are helpless. I pointed out that I just want to replace with the correct length...I did not want a refund. Be advised that if your tags are removed from the clothing the store will not allow you to return or exchange the item.

I love the Holister cologne I typically get the sunset or the Jake they smell so good. I also asked the lady at the counter about some womens perfume for my woman and she helped me pick one out that was very nice that we both liked. Gave this a 3 because they do not have fat people clothes so sad ?
