I also had an issue with one of my paints (I got a gallon and a quart, the quart color didn't match the gallon) and they fixed the issue 100%. Will be back when I'm ready to paint my doors and trim. “The confirmation text for delivery wasn’t sent, delaying the arrival of our furniture and causing frustration. However, after much time spent on the phone, a lot of effort went in to making it right and in the end, customer service proved to be a priority and we would shop there again.”

“The Rusty Moose is a beautiful shop with tons of unique furniture, wall hangings, light fixtures, everything lodge decor, and even taxidermy. We live in Kansas City and visit the Table Rock area at least once a year and everytime we stop at The Rusty Moose. We just ordered a custom walnut TV cabinet and can't wait to see it. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Stop in! I'll bet it will be one of your favorite places to shop as well! Kim and Kelly”
“Really cute artsy store with lots of locally made gift options. Nice scented candles (not too strongly scented), handmade jewellery, greeting cards, pottery, shirts, soaps and bath soaks. The guy working there was very friendly and gave lots of recommendations for things to do in the local neighbourhood. Also very close to other shops and restaurants in a lovely walkable area.”

Thus some might say that I am not properly credentialed to write a review on their amazing gallery and its presentation of the high quality furnishings, art (including many pieces by local artists), and textiles, which deserves five stars for the aesthetic home-run it achieves, that is, if one were to ask my humble opinion of it. Then there's my impression of the people who I met while performing my responsibilities at work. Every one of them deserves five of their own stars. Professional, knowledgeable, and sharing a mutual love for beautiful things, beautifully arranged in beautiful places, it's safe to say they all have an eye for this kind of thing. To bring it home, even though I may not be qualified to write a review on their services, I'm well qualified to write a review on my opinion and my opinion, as you can tell, is a very high one. If they nail everything that I could gather, I think it's safe to say that they would knock everything else out of the park as well.”
“Found the perfect glass front, two shelf cabinet. On our way out saw beautiful China. Everything in store was half off. It was an awesome day finding these special treasures. Owner and clerk were especially helpful.”

“I love this store, but the manager at store located in Osage Beach, MO was very, very rude. I walked into store, he proceeded to tell me in his outside voice (very loud) that they were closing in 20 minutes. I thanked him & went on with my shopping. I was at register within 10 minutes to check out & he was so slow I had to go to another cashier. I had other customers coming up to me apologizing for the way he acted. They said there was no excuse for anyone to talk to me in the manner he did. The cashier that waited on me was very nice. I think Ross needs to rethink who is managing their store.”
