I'd avoid the lady that works customer service here, she will rip your head off if you approach the service desk without her permission, was no line of people, she wasn't doing anything but staring off in to space. We walked up to return some insulation and she said "I can't help you I'm with another customer, that's why there is a line there" although there was no one in line and she was doing literally nothing. If you can't handle your job lady then step down. No sense in pissing every customer off the walks through the door. I'd recommend they put her somewhere stocking shelves with minimal human contact.

We purchase a lawn ornament for Christmas, a large Angel. Brought it home and could not figure out how to put it together. I went to Home Depot and spoke to customer service. They were wonderful, asked me to bring it in and they would put it together. They did and wow, we were happy campers. a big shout out to the customer service department at the Springfield, MO. store.

DONT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THEM especially when you’re using the springfield location online. came in to get a impact socket set kit and a guy told us there was a deal online. over the next couple weeks we got each part of the kit in separate packages days apart, except for the 43 piece impact sockets. when they didn’t come in we went back to Home Depot where Julia at the customer service counter was VERY polite and did what she could to help, however we were told to call this place and then another and another. when we called Springfield Home Depot again we were basically told they’re not going to send us what we paid for and to pretty well get bent. if you have to buy online you’re better off going ANYWHERE else. Hopefully in the near future they find some employees who are actually worth anything or QUALIFIED. But again a big thank you to Julia for all she did, only good/KIND employee in the whole store.

I understand why Electrical wire needs to be locked up, but I don’t like having to ask multiple people to unlock it so I can buy some electrical wire. The first person made a call on the radio and nobody ever came. Then there was trouble figuring out what the code had been changed to. It would be nice if I didn’t have to waste 10 minutes trying to find someone to unlock the item I want to buy.
