The Hopkins Auto team has not only served myself well, but the rest of the drivers in my family. They continue to be down-to-earth, polite and honest with us and astute to vehicles in their care. If something is discovered as needing fixing, and especially if a fix might be costly, we're notified of problems and the cost before they ask our permission to handle it.

I am just amazed at what a great job Justin and his team did for me and my Dodge RamCharger. The price was fair and the customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend them and I will definitely return for any future service requirements I may need. My truck is now running great and I couldn't be happier!

The absolute best mechanic I’ve ever been too! They are honest, quick, and don’t try to get as much money out of you as they can like other shops. I called because my car was constantly going into limp mode, he looked at it and had it repaired in couple hours! They are also the cheapest in all of Springfield! I called every single shop and compared! Front desk woman was absolutely the friendliest and most welcoming. I will continue to go here for regular maintenance and recommend anyone else to use this shop if you want someone honest! Very satisfied.Service: Auto maintenance

Hands down the best place to take it to! Excellent pricing and ABOVE ALL a place you can TRUST with your vehicle. Not only to get it repaired correctly, but to not price gouge or any funny business with having you replace things that are unnecessary! I have been going there and trusting them for over 10 years!
