Me and my husband will never use H &R block ever again they told us we were approved for the advance for Christmas even got it in the mail we were approved. Went there Friday to get the advance and was denied because they changed there policy that it's based off credit now not years of loyalty to them .

Don't go here. If you do, avoid Cheryl. I did my taxes here a while back and she was EXTREMELY condescending and rude. My grandmother had passed away and left me an Inherited IRA. If you can imagine this Cheryl lady said "Well aren't you lucky" and was extremely insulting. I said , "Yea, my Grandma who raised me died. Thanks." She was basically treating me like I wasn't worth the dirt on the bottom of someone's shoe and that I didn't deserve my inheritance. None of any of that is her business. Again she made tons of snide comments like "Don't spend it all" and comments that were just very inappropriate and unprofessional. I went back this year and they almost paired me with her again, I just walked out the door. I'm sure she made me pay the highest and worst rate I possibly could on my taxes because she didn't seem at all concerned about doing her job, or saving me money. AVOID CHERYL!
