Great Supermarket! Love their backers and selection of fresh bread made daily. Their food court is a plus, delicious and cheap food on the go or dine in.

My opinion has changed on Hy-Vee. While before I left a review raving about how amazing they are the fact is they've gone downhill. All management has been replaced by incompetent staff, the staff are extremely rude, instacart shoppers don't get any source of help, the management has people being followed by staff members if they look like they can't afford a mansion, they called the cops on someone for having a autistic meltdown in his own car in the parking lot, they refuse to clean, they're constantly stocking in the day so people end up tripping around themselves trying to find room, the food at the market grills has made everyone sick so far with food poisoning, the chicken was under cooked, they have their employees who actually care about the job and people being kicked out, if you are LGBTQ+ don't even try to apply here because they're discriminatory and refuse to hire trans people, they have raised their prices so high that only those earning a yearly salary of $100,000 or more can afford anything, their bathrooms are filthy, the staff push your carts out into aisles and so much more. I wouldn't shop here even if my life depended on it at this point. In fact I actively avoid the entire area just because of that store. Hy-Vee is a discriminatory, disrespectful, and all around horrible place to shop. I highly advise anyone thinking of going here to quickly turn back.

So happy to get to shop at Hy-Vee! This one is more toned-down than the other location. Thankfully, it is a bit easier to find things, but we still had to do a few laps. Though, we never did find brick cheese. It would be helpful if the signs at the ends of the aisles were more accurate.

If the “Express lane” isn’t actually going to be limited to 15 items AND you don’t have selfcheck out, I’m not going to be coming back.
I’d rather come here than Walmart but waiting 15 minutes for multiple full carts to get through the “express lane” is silly when I have 3 items.
