whatever you do, go to this place!! these people are beyond honest, and price you extremely fairly. i had an awful experience at another shop that tried to scam me parts i didn’t even need replaced (wanted to charge me $1300 for a vacuum pump and spark plugs). i came here and they immediately took me in and fixed my misfire for $340 (ended up being a coil), and actually solved the issue. everyone here is beyond kind and extremely hard working. i cannot rant and rave about this place enough. if you care for your car, PLEASE go here!

Anyone that owns an Audi, particularly an older model, quickly learns to stay far away from Audi dealers. This place knew my little Pandora's Box inside and out, most importantly, at a reasonable cost for services rendered.

I took my 2012 Mercedes in for service knowing I needed a coolent flush, and possibly other maintenance. They were very helpful, and efficient. They also suggested a couple of products to assist with saving me hundreds of dollars to purchase elsewhere. I highly recommend them, and will not be taking my vehicle anywhere else!! Very reasonable and trustworthy. Thank you for making my experience less stressful!!!

Just got my ‘65 bug back from the shop. ICS did a fantastic job with the tune and valve adjustment. It has never ran better than today! Josh even sent me some custom photos he took of my car while it was in the shop. I cannot say enough good things about Import Car Service!

Called them to replace a part on my car and on the phone I specifically explained to him what I wanted done and he quoted me a price said the parts had to be ordered in when I pick up the car they changed the wrong part and when I confronted him about it and told him that I explained to him what I wanted done and how he quoted me a different price he got quiet like he knew he had messed up and then continued to proceed to charge me for the wrong part being replaced. I will be getting a lawyer and getting money back. Cuz there was no reason for changing the part they changed.

***This place is a rip-off!!!*** The owner won't even reply to you if you have an issue with brakes they "fixed" not even a year earlier. He ignores you. Better off taking your car to Plaza Tire. They are better priced and have a WAY BETTER warranty!! They took weeks to fix another issue with my BMW...there was a mix up with parts and they weren't communicating this with me. Very unprofessional. Trust me, go to another place that specializes in imports. This place simply sucks!

Worst shop ever lied on parts I needed told me I would need a fly wheel and clutch for my vw tdi with a auto dog like really then I told them to do my crank sensor they wanted 500 they couldn't get it done and still changed me for work they didn't finish and changed me for Diagnostic I knew I would have to pay for that but I have never had a shop charge me for work they didn't finish yes I know they have clutch packs not a clutch you told me the clutch and flywheel would have to be replaced in order to do the clutch pack you have to take apart the transmission I have the phone calls recorded on my phone so anyone want to know what was said please contact me
