Quality and fast service. They found a couple more small things wrong with my Mercedes GLK350. Just charged me for parts only for installing them!
Their estimate was the exact cost for all the repairs, and I very much appreciate that. All the employees from front to back are great.

Took my 2007 Mercedes to Import Specialist about a month back to have transmission control module replaced, and these guys could not have been nicer and more accommodating than they were. Maddie at the front desk was very nice and professional. They got my old Mercedes running again and it was the best experience I have ever had with a auto repair shop I have ever had in Springfield.

Took my wife's Volvo in for what I thought was a grinding wheel bearing noise. Left car all day a d went back next morning . They told me it was the dust shield behind the rotor rubbing and the mechanic moved it away.
When my wife drove car home, she said the sound was worse. I took car on a trailer to Kansas city Volvo dealership and stayed overnight. Next morning we picked up car. Mechanic said the brake caliper was sticking causing the grinding noise. He replaced the caliper and brake line going to it.
Surprise, no more noise. So I wasted a $150.00 at Import Specialists when they could have easily fixed the problem, which makes me believe they never even looked at the car.

Took to get diagnosed lied and said it was a part that wasn’t needed and completely missed the hole that I later found in my intake pipe, they was told to do a smoke test and other diagnosis tests and lied when they said they did and charged me $150 then said I’d be $1100 for something I dont need

These guys have helped me in the past with many issues which I'm grateful for but this time on my BMW, they have done some spark plugs which turned out to be cheap kind which didn't last long as the normal ones I buy do. That disappointed me that the parts they sometimes do aren't the best quality ones.

2012 bmw x5 35i- a few years ago the owner did my oil filter housing and idler pulley. He wrote on his receipt that he cleaned up the oil spilled as well.
My car was running rough after that, and the owner told me I just needed new rotors. I purchased new rotors and the sensation didn’t go away. I called and asked the shop to inspect my car and the owners wife who answered the phone accused me of lying about my car shaking, told me she was mad at me for buying rotors elsewhere, and refused to let me speak to my mechanic.
While parked at Walmart (a few weeks after import specialists did the work) the oil filter housing leaked on to my belt, and the belt slipped off my car and got sucked in to the crank shaft causing sparks under the car and smoke came through the vents.
I had it towed to the dealership. Dealership diagnosed a leaking oil filter housing dripped on the belt and it slipped off and got shredded by the crank shaft. I had to pay for another oil filter housing, install a new idler pulley and belt, seals, and the labor to pick pieces of shredded belt from my engine. It cost a fortune. All of this is written on their receipt. They specifically said the oil filter housing leaked on to the belt. The oil filter housing I just paid import specialists to do.
Import Specialists refused to take responsibility, and refused to refund anything as well. Instead they tried to attack my character, and blame everything on the fact that I am a woman, so I don’t know “anything”. They were extremely dishonest.
They also sold me 6 spark plugs and a coil back then, but it doesn’t show up on carfax, so another shop recently accused me of never having it done. I have my receipt. I have all of my receipts. I am happy to show them to anyone who wants to see. These people were awful to me, the rude wife that answers the phone wouldn’t let her husband inspect my car and all that damage happened. Very unprofessional. I will never forget how awful I was treated. I do not recommend these people to anyone. Thanks
