For service I won't be going back. Took my car in because wipers weren't working correctly. 175 dollars to diagnose ..go figure need a new wipers motor. 1400 quote to fix. Nissan being the sister company of infinity was able to fix for 750. Also had a sonar sensor that needed calibration. Springfield wanted 175 to "diagnose". Nissan said we will look at it when you bring it in for the wiper fix for no charge and see if we can fix it while you are here. Save your money and go elsewhere.

About a month ago I decided it was time to start looking for a new car. Vic was the salesman I spoke with at Infiniti and although I did not find the right fit for me there, he went above and beyond his job title. He continued to check in with me to see if I had secured the car I was wanting. Hands down the best salesman I've ever worked with!

Unethical Dealership!I’m an out of state buyer and chose to speak directly with the used car manager to begin with.I spoke with “K” on Tuesday, and we finalized the deal except for a few details. He stated that we would wrap things up the following morning.“M.H” the salesman got involved in the deal and things went sideways from there. “K” was not at work on Wednesday and that’s when the lies began. I asked to sign the papers and begin the purchasing process. All of the sudden I was told that I couldn’t use my credit union to finance the car nor was I allowed to pay for the vehicle outright. This was not the discussion I had with “K.”I received a call later in the day that the car had been sold. They stated that they had an identical car for me to purchase as a backup plan :) now that’s funny!The dealership completely wasted my time and strung me along. They are unethical, dishonest, and not trustworthy. Nor do they deserve your business as a consumer. Do yourself a favor and move on.

We didn’t purchase our Infiniti QX60 here, but had to take it for a recall repair and another issue. Larry was amazing!! They had both issues fixed in less than 2 days and arranged for me to use a loaner while it was being repaired. Larry went above and beyond by working with manufacturer warranty on the additional issue and found out it was covered!! In addition to the repairs, they did a multi-point inspection and gave me an opportunity to have a couple of small things done while in their shop. This was comforting since I’d purchased my vehicle from another dealer. AND they washed my car before I picked it up! Thank you thank you! We will be back!

Came here today looking for a car and as soon as I got in the dealership I looking around for some assistance and there was no body around. I was hoping to get buy a car but not a single person around. I walked to some guys office and I asked him for assistance and he looked up at me and then looked back down at his phone. ???

I cannot say enough about Victor and Kory. Drove 5 hours, they met me at the door with a diet soda. My car was in the showroom with Do Not Touch signs around it. Very easy to make a deal with Victor. My wife had never seen the car, but she was waiting outside when I got home. If you are going to buy a car, call Victor today.

Today was my first service on my QX80 and it couldn’t have been any easier. From the scheduling online to the reminder notices and then having the loaner car waiting, was amazing! Larry, in the service department, greeting me with a smile and was so accommodating to listen to my concerns and ultimately found something wrong with my car. He was such a kind man and already ordered my part, and scheduled me for the repair asap! If you’re looking for a top-notch service department, Infinity of Springfield, is definitely one of the best!
