Not knowledgeable with alpha gal syndrome at all. Update your pharmacist and teach them about Alpha Gal Sydrome as there are going to be ALOT more people with it and we need a pharmacy that knows about medication we can or can't have. Anaphylactic Shock is real and putting mammal products in our medication could do us serious harm...

Had a string of bad experiences. Regularly sent me less than what I needed, and 2 times they forgot to mail my prescriptions at all. Got tired of baby sitting them, went back to walgreens where I dont have to deal with these issues.@owners response. Sadly this last bad experience wasn't the only time I've had problems with integrity. I understand authorizations and insurance companies quite well. And while all pharmacy business have to deal with it. Ive never had as many problems as I had with your company. Ive already gone back to walgreens where I can get 90 day supplies and dont have to hold their hands to do business with them. Good luck going forward. I hope you make some changes to your customer service.

Every single person I have spoken or worked with at Integrity has been beyond helpful and kind. Navigating the waters of IVF meds can be super tricky and complicated - but they always quickly respond to text messages to all my questions. 10/10 wont shop anywhere else!!

I have worked with the team at integrity for years. My son has Autism and Epilepsy along with a number of other opportunities, Integrity has been there all the way from billing, finding the best and cheapest way to get and keep his meds consistent. Just incredible service and caring people. Insurance is complicated, all the steps, Pre auths etc, Integrity gets it and helps. Keep doing what your doing. Great Pharmacy great people!

I've been with Integrity for probably going on 10 years or so. Theyve always been great in the past, got refills on time, called to check, when I first started they would occassionally call asking if my meds seemed to be doing what they were supposed to be doing.But just recently my med pk has been getting here later in the month and now this month they never even showed. I have one day left and that's it, I won't even go into the reasons I take 12 or 13 meds but they all are necessary. I just (Sunday) sent them an email asking where in the heck are my meds!After reading so many bad reviews, what a shame after so many years of great service!!!

My dads blood pressure is now normal. He takes his medications as he is supposed to now thanks to Integrity Pharmacy. He doesn't have several open bottles, he just peels off the med pack and opens it and takes it and knows he has taken it unlike with his bottles. My son now uses Integrity Pharmacy too. Keep up the good work!! We love you guys. :)

Integrity has been my mothers pharmacy now for some time and they have changed my life. We have no transportation to the pharmacy and they bring my moms medications to her door each month. They call her often to check on her and their service is the best. I am thankful for all the people at Integrity Pharmacy for they have made a huge impact on my life and my moms life in so many ways. Lie 1- Hand deliver meds (SUPPOSE to be arriving USPS)Lie 2- Promised Mom wouldn’t run out of meds (she’s been out of them for awhile now)Lie 3- Will arrive by February 14 (it’s Feb 22 still nothing)Lie 4- Order shipped by a certain time (called next day and hadn’t even shipped yet)If I could give negative stars I would. Real good thing she still has some heart pills. Oh by the way this is the FIRST order with them...and ABSOLUTELY THE LAST

It started out good. I was so impressed with their organized way of sorting my meds and packaging them so that it wasn't confusing. I've been with them for about 6 months now. For some reason they can't (or won't) take the time to add meds to the packs. 2 of mine changed from PRN to an actual time of day to take them. Every month, I received them in bottles. Another note: I'm on the 4th representative for my pack. I don't know why they can't keep employees, but its annoying to have to repeat the circumstances for the newest representative.
