I went to Hadassah for the first time not entirely sure of what I was wanting. She was very kind helping me decide what would look best and she knocked it out of the park! She did baby lights that look phenomenal and help hide the incoming grays. The haircut she gave is exactly what I was looking for. I cannot add a picture that does it justice. Very happy with my hair!

I went there for a simple blowout with me and one of my friends, and they did not know how to do a blowout and the girl who did my hair was not gentle. She was ripping through my hair with the brush and broke my hair. I look like I have bangs from her ripping though it. They did not use any products in our hair other than shampoo and conditioner. When she was curling my hair she left my hair only for to long and it started smoking. After all of that my hair was very crunchy. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Please don't go here. I have massive chemical burns AND I reached out to JCPenney and they really don't care. It's the most unprofessional place and they ruined my hair. Don't make my mistake. Please go anywhere else.

Had my hair cut and beard trimmed by Christina and she was amazing. I recommend her to everyone! Not only is she great at cutting hair but she is always so nice and makes it a great experience.

Kristi took several hours, to fix a badly botched color service that I received from another salon.
She is professional, competent and a delightful person to be around.
My hair was looking absolutely awful, and she knew exactly what to do, and took the time to do it.
If you’re not happy with your color, I would highly recommend that you make an appointment with Kristi to talk to her about it.
My color and cut are the best services I’ve ever had, my hair looks and feels ? percent better, thank goodness we have people who know how to correct bad color jobs. ?

I highly recommend JC Penny stylist Sherri. I was impressed with her from the get go as someone who was knowledgeable, skilled, and would take the time to learn about me and my preferences. I am a regular with Sherri now and I have never been dissatisfied with my color or cut. She offers suggestions and recommendations for styles, cuts, and products which I very much appreciate. I have also found the receptionist and manager to both be extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Five stars from me for the Springfield JC Penny Salon and stylist, Sherri!

I was a walk-in and I was welcomed warmly and Martha ended up cutting my hair! She did AMAZING! I feel so much more confident and my hair looks so good! I had really long hair but lots of dead ends! She only cut what I was comfortable with. I am definitely making an appointment and going back!

Had a great stylist who left and took a chance on a new one a couple of months ago. She was awesome and the cut was perfect. I wanted her yesterday but couldn't remember her name. JCP records show who works on whom so I asked for the same designer. The person on the phone assured me she was making the appointment with that designer. When I arrived, it was a stranger but I had to have a haircut. No time to make another appointment, so I gave her a chance. Big mistake. It's not horrible but not what I wanted or described so I am disappointed but too paranoid to go back for a cut touch-up. EDIT! Changed my opinion. It was a bad haircut. Once I actually touched it all over, it is HORRIBLE, jagged and uneven. It will have to grow for 2 or 3 months before I can even try to get it corrected. I'm very disappointed and frankly furious.
