Ryan in service is the G.O.A.T. and he gets it. Hourly is still too high but between Ryan getting me in and most issues resolved in a timely manner and good warranty work, I'll keep going back. Update: Miss having Ryan at the front desk now that he's in the shop but at least I know he's keeping an eye on my truck!
