Yall I can’t make this up. Not one of my nails is the same shape, size, this man cut the hell out of me. I’ve never gotten my nails done before and almost cried. It was the most painful experience ever. The dude was genuinely just awful and after cutting me and making my fingers bleed he called me a big baby. 😅 like excuse me? He got no tip and I’m a great tipper. Let him be in the back office not doing nails. The older lady did my daughter’s nails great but the guy. No, run.

The lady was nice but hacked one of my big toenails basically off. I have never had my toenail so short and I’m so confused as to why she cut it so much shorter than my other big toe. Most disappointing pedicure I’ve gotten in a long time. I’m not a nail tech so I’m not sure what to look for but I don’t think they were being sanitary.

The very first time I walked in they were so kind and welcoming. They did such a good job on my nails and brows that I knew right then that Jessica's Nails would be my go to place. Here I am almost 2 years later, and they are still just as warm and inviting as they were that very first day. Still doing a fantastic job too!

Seemed like an express service. Cut into nail on edges, creating a weird shape. Minimal massaging. Didn't want polish to dry in salon, felt pushed out of seat when not busy. Don't love having a man perform service.

Got my nails done Saturday 1/25 for vacation only for them to be coming off Thursday 1/30. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Waste of my money. They came off so easy, they were like press-ons :(

I like my eyebrows when I can get in. However, I keep getting turned away because I am not also getting a manicure/pedicure. This never was an issue before and is disappointing that my business isn’t enough (even though I tip 100% every time).

They overbook when you make an appointment with a specific nail tech. Then try to push someone else on you. I prefer a certain person who does an amazing pedicure. Super disappointed in how they handled my appointment today.

This was my first time going and the lady did a great job on my nails. She took her time and did them how I wanted them. She didn’t talk to me tho so next time I will definitely take my AirPods to listen to music or a podcast.

I really liked this place when ai started getting my nails done regularly. The past couple times I have gone, I have been dissatisfied. This current set I have now has been the worst one I have ever gotten. The GEL polish has started peeling and that has NEVER happened to me. The acrylic has started to lift on multiple nails, and that started happening about 5 days after I had originally gotten them done. They always seem to rush and not take their time when doing my nails so they are never even. I will not be going back here.
