Went in to get some shoes. I was looking at some pretty cool converse that had a glow in the dark alien design on them. While discussing the shoes to my partner and deciding if I actually wanted them we were very rudely bombarded by an employee. At first the interaction seemed normal and she was just asking if I wanted to try them on until she refused to leave us alone until we either tried to shoes on or put them down. I left immediately after this and will be buying these shoes elsewhere online. I get people steal and whatnot but it made us very uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this place if you’re someone who likes to actually look at shoes and discuss the pros and cons before purchasing them. Apparently holding a shoe for more than one minute will get you borderline harassed.

Went there to buy some Doc Martins and 2 employees there (Claudia and KayKay i hope I got those right) but they were literally running around helping every customer they can while also dealing with me asking for different sizes and everything. They absolutely handled everything like a pro. Bought 2 pairs from them!

Searching the mall for a specific Reebok Shoe, I luckily found them here. The shoe was $10 cheaper than every competitor in the mall which was good. But, the best part of the purchase was the experience provided by the Sales Associate Sakara. Not only was she knowledgeable about the specific shoe I was interested in, she exposed me to similar styles available. She had a great attitude, was helpful and VERY insightful about the products. As a result, I will be coming in to buy a second pair of that same shoe from this store.

My daughter needed a pair of shoes for school and everywhere we went we didnt get help until we went into this super friendly place. Zakarah helped my daughter pick out the pretteiest pair of converse high tops. She also helped my daughter with a pair of socks and some croc ornaments. I would not hesitate to go back at all. In the future ill be bringing all my kids there from now on just because they were so friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work ladies ?

Walked into the store looking for converse for my wife. Found a pair I was going to get but needed some assistance. The two employees working were standing with their elbows up on the counter just chatting away while multiple other customers and I were waiting. I would expect an employee to come ask for help instead of them waiting for someone to come up.

Bought my son an awesome pair of sneakers in here. They are a little overpriced on their other stuff, but the shoes were priced the same as other stores that had the same pair.

Bought a pair of shoes there a week or so ago. The lady working ( I wish I remembered her name to give her props…she had longer blonde hair) was super friendly and helpful finding me a new pair of shoes perfect for work. My feet never hurt! Will be back soon!
