It was very well organized. They had multiple people working to move the lines through. I like the fact that they check your personal belongings doing everything they can to keep you safe.

If I can avoid it at all costs I will not ever be going back to this facility for any concert. I even tried to turn in a formal complaint and they told me I couldn't and to call the box office the following Monday. I did and they tell me they weren't able to take a complaint that I would need to call the management that was on call that evening and noone can tell me who was the management that even. They profiled my daughter, stripped her of her picket knife her father gave to her and yet allowed me and my 14 year old son to have ours but they searched my minor child bc she had purple hair and gauges (small gauges but still so). I am beyond unimpressed and noone is even willing to apologize for the fact that the knife was thrown away even though they told her she could get it back after the concert. We left early so to allow time to get it back and they didn't even care. Whoever it was that through my child's protection away that night. I hope you are happy with yourself that you degraded my child and had a total disregard for the fact that she trusted security. Not any more. We protect ourselves and I hope you get your just deserts through karma or any other means.

Seats were way to small. Not everyone is 175 pounds and fits in a small to medium persons seat. Please make seats bigger

Will definitely travel from KC to Springfield again for this venue. Clean restrooms, cheaper food and drinks and overall the people are more polite than in the city. A great country feel for a great country show!

This place is horrible for a concert, the sound for Alabama last night was so bad. Couldn’t even hear their singing, let alone the little stories along the way. Really disappointed ☹️

Parking was easy in and out. Could see everything no matter what seat you were in or where it was

The audio and video on the screens didn't match and the speakers were so distorted you couldn't understand a single thing.

Many of us paid a lot of money for “Premium” tickets to see Thomas Rhett. Not even halfway through, Great Southern Bank told the people in the upper level they could come and stand in Pit.Guess who does NOT have good pit etiquette, or general concern for anyone, aside from themselves, in the pit? NOT the fans that purchase the cheapest available Great Southern Arena tix.. Or at least not for that concert. The pit area was great, prior to being flooded with rude fans - which was shoving their way to the front with zero regard for the fans that’ve been standing there since the doors opened, without even leaving for drinks or bathroom breaks. They just bump you over out of their way and then are standing on top of you until you move. When asked to please not shove to the front, or purposefully boot other fans out of their way, one group literally got in our face saying “no, it’s every man for themselves here..” - then tried to pick a fight with us. It wasn’t just one of the groups starting problems..I’ve been in the pit area for over 20 concerts in the last 2 years & this is the only venue we’ve had a bad experience..
