Having a Kohl's Department Store card does not automatically mean you get discounts I was told they don't give discounts on name brand items. And my thought is what the hell am I doing with their card cancel membership

Went to Kohl's today to look for shoes. The shoe department was a disaster area. Shoe boxes everywhere and unorganized. I finally just left. It was not worth the effort to read all the boxes to see what was in them. NOT a good experience!

I usually love this store and I'm in there at least once a week and usually spend 50 to 100 dollars everytime, I will even make a payment on my kohls card just to get up to where I can get kohl's cash. A couple of weeks ago I bought some rugs total of 68.00 but didn't get my kohls cash so went back in there and talked to a manager can't remember his name but was very helpful and printed a 10 kohl's cash coupon out. When back in there 2 days ago bought 2 coats total was 110 but didn't get my 20 kohls cash cause every 50 you spend you get 10 dollars so I should be egelible for 20 dollars spoke with the manager a couple of days later his name was Brian he was no help at all continued to say there's no kohl's cash right now I thought they offered kohls cash everyday, so I told him I would bring the coats back and buy them back to get my kohl's cash he went on to say well you may not get them at the same price it may be more. I don't think 20 dollars is going to break the bank for them. I will still shop there but will be more aware when they offer kohls cash. Lisa

The store is crowded with items. Good luck finding what you’re looking for but I did score a good item and used the self checkout and it worked very well!! Even got me a discount I didn’t know about!!

In the same 10 minutes one employee knocked over my two year old and made him cry, and looked at him annoyed before leaving without a word. The check out lady snatched MY phone out of his hands and when I said "excuse me?" She responded with "oops I thought that was ours" again, not a single apology. For reference my phone is covered in stickers from my toddler and looks like nothing in the store, not that it would ever excuse that kind of behavior to a two year old. Horrible experience. When I tried to escalate my concerns, I was hung up on mid sentence at this location. Then when I brought it to the customer service chat, the representative also left the chat while I was asking when I can expect a response.
Great place to go if you love your toddler getting bullied by old women with no consequences!
