They really helped me out getting their lab to expedite my results so I could get the results before the weekend,this helped me out tremendously. Everyone there was helpful and informative. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you everyone, keep up the great work!

I had to wait over 20 minutes to pee in a cup. There was no one in front of me. I kindly went up to the desk to ask how long one typically has to wait, as there had been no staff to be seen. They were hiding in the back. She rudely remarks, “I was busy, I was just about to get you “. Then three minutes later she finally came and got me. I tried killing her with kindness and she did warm up a little. Do not recommend.

Very professional and efficient. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes for a DOT physical and the staff and doctor are very nice!

I was sent in to have a nail follicle test done. Had to return twice to have my nails clipped because they do not grow fast enough. All three times they NEVER had me wash my hands before they took the samples. I even mentioned it and they said it didn't matter since it's the follicle. My nail test came back positive for methamphetamine. When I called and asked about my test results, I was told it was a low level, such a low level it could be residual. Her example was "like from touching kpney that had it on it." UMMM.. If they know their tests are sensitive enough to pick up something like that, why in the world would they not have your clients wash their hands?? I tested negative with a urine analysis that same day. A week and a half later passed a hair follicle as well. Unprofessional handling of very important matters, in my opinion. I could have lost my children over their negligence. Thankfully, I did not. 10/10 would not recommend.Edit - The people working there were very nice and pleasant. I have nothing bad to say about their people, just the way the drug tests are handled.

Prime does not accept there physical but they will charge you and do it if you go they will not tell you that Prime doesn’t accept there physical.

The staff were very insulting to me. I highly suggest you just go to IPE screenings off Sunshine for this area of service. Employees are way more friendly and nice, plus their prices are more than 50% cheaper for the same work they do here at KT health.

This is a very professional office. I was told to go to KT Health Clinic if I wanted a legit DOT Physical and all of their drug screen results and reviewed by a certified lab. They have had no errors on test results in over 25 years so I chose to have them run my randoms for my company. The staff was very friendly too. The owners really care about their clients.

Do not go to this place!! I was sent there for a pre employment DOT UA. After waiting for the results I was called by the employer to go do a second test because the first specimen had been lost for four days. The nurse even stated that it had been lost. The second UA came back the next day, it was negative. Half of the first specimen was then found, so it was processed after being lost for four days and came back positive. The specimen had been lost in chain of command for four days, then it was testing positive. The test is now invalid! They also could not find the second half of the first specimen to test it. Now that has been put onto my clearinghouse account affecting my occupation, causing me to have to change career's because no one can tell me how to appeal the results. This place has screwed me and my family!

The only Dr. there either doesn't know how 2 give an eye exam or he didn't pass me on purpose, I read line 7 which is 2025 vision & he wanted me 2 read line 8 which is 2020 vision & I couldn't read all the letters so he didn't pass me cause he said. it was the 2040 line. I'll take appropriate action against them 4 not passing me
