the employee who cashed me out was very sexually suggestive with me. short, hispanic on the left register at around 12:45 at night on thursday, 10/2. he saw me wearing bracelets witj o-rings on them, grabbed my wrists, held them both up, and said “oooh, what are these for???” he then proceeded to flirt with me. him flirting with me is one thing, but him grabbing my wrists to ask me sexual questions when i was simply wearing punk jelwery, was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. the guy with the beanie and long hair and glasses was very friendly and kind.. but i will probably not come back to this location due to how creepy the other shorter hispanic employee was towards me. i don’t think any employee should touch their customers like that, and especially without consent. very unprofessional and predatory.

Transition to Maverik is sad because of their corporate greed. The prices on the exact same items I purchase almost daily are now 130% of their old price ($0.99 vs $1.29 now). They are $0.99 at every other convenience store brand in town, also. I'll be done using Maverik with their greed and go to the other brand now. I hope Maverik treats its employees well, but visits to other locations near the BFF's residence and my office suggest nope. I can see Maverik having to close more stations in Springfield in a shorter period of time than K&G did almost 20 years ago because of Maverik's terrible, greedy prices that the brand is terrible. Also, if you'd like guaranteed diarrhea, get some food from this station. The coworkers at my second job near MSU confirm this. This station gives 3 people diarrhea guaranteed when we have food here. Be ready for it and if you want to know more about it, look at the county health inspections that are public information. This company/brand is horrific.

Rude unhelpful staff. Been going to this location for years--- worse and worse staff. Token effort to actually scan the rewards app. Even after being told that the fountain machine is all syrup instead of soda and syrup and enough staff in site to change, no effort to refill soda pack. DO NOT RECOMMEND purchases at this location. Super surprised this location actually still in business

My mom is a disabled veteran with kidney and bladder problems and they wouldn't let her use the bathroom. Workers are callous and lack empathy.

It literally smells like sumone peed in the air vents as soon as u walk in. Like omg I went to bathroom and it smells less like pee in there 😩 makes no sense. 2 guys working not busy they more worried bout the ice cream machine being making too much noise which wasnt bad probably nobody deices it like ever. But sumone should b trying to fit it our this location should b closed tell it's fixed that's not good to breath in.

I stop in most mornings for some caffeine and the associates are pleasant to deal with and the store is clean. For the last week the interior has had a very intense urine smell. It's knock you over bad. Initially, the workers said they recently had their flooring fixed and that could be the source. Over the last few days it appears the employees have been instructed to pretend the issue just started today. Many customers, including myself have reminded them that this funk has been going on long enough. I did have one employee tell me it was coming from the kitchen. I don't know how they can continue to sell bake goods, or any fresh food knowing it's being infused with what smells like an Assisted Living facility. Moving forward I'll be finding a new location for my caffeine needs as there seems to be no action around resolving this situation.

I’m a regular here because the employees are exceptional. They are friendly, quick, professional, and handle stressful/ busy situations very well. Great location and even better staff.

It's a decent place for gas and snacks, and if you use the app, there are always rewards available and price breaks on gas and groceries. It's definitely better than the average gas station/convenience stores found in most of Springfield. I think the employees do their best in a difficult job environment. No complaints from my personal experience.

One of the worst locations and one of the worst employe working today. The dude running the register would not let me buy a soda because I wouldn't take my backpack off and leave it at the front door. I used to come here all the time I think I will just rather start going to Casey's.
