Employee got in a heated debate with my partner about a water refill that he forced him to pay for, water refills have always been free. Wouldn't recommend this location.

Literally went there to get cigs at 130am and the employee was smoking weed in parking lot with a customer and when she finally came in to check me out told me and showed me the weed that the guy gave her for favors to much info for a pack of cigs lol.

I don't know why, but for some reason, not a single Kum & Go in Springfield know how to take care of their pumps. Every single one of their pumps is either out of order or out of paper. And your employees are all rude and think and seem to think it's a pain in their backside to print one out, so I quit going into your stores for one.

Did not talk to anyone at the store. Purchased fuel, then pulled out onto sunshine and went south 2 blocks and another Kum and Go was 15 cents less on gas. I understand gas prices change, but not in less than one minute. I called Customer Service and they did not seem to care just gave me the stock line about different areas have different prices, which I told them it was 2 blocks. The money difference overall is not the issue, it is the lack of caring by customer service. So I will make sure to bypass all Kum and Go’s and Mavericks in the future.

This used to be my favorite store and the employees were always so friendly and knew my name. I get the impression the business is putting more into nearby locations (like Sunset & Campbell and Fort & Sunshine) based on my visits to them. My two roommates visit gas stations at least 3-4x/week, but they stopped using this one about 1 year ago even though they pass right by it to go to others. The employees, and a few who are tenured here, used to know my name. The newer employees at this location are rude. The place appears to be getting robbed a lot or something as they've discontinued some of their services & changed some operations practices. The dirty blonde hair girl specifically is always rude or just blah/meh as if it would kill her to have any friendly attitude or care at all. I am getting to the point of my roommates and starting to go other places. It is often the day crew that is most rude. I find a few of the 2nd and 3rd shift people to still be friendly, have worked there quite a while, and treat customers with respect. Otherwise, the newer staff is rude.
I have always known K&G is a greedy corporation that doesn't care about their staff and try not to give them my business, but sometimes time & convenience make me stupid. Another chain has been getting more of my $ lately for their declining service here.

This is by far the worst gas station I've ever visited the employees and this boils down to the manager directing them is by far the most disrespectful and rude people I've ever dealt with at a gas station!
I've went in and purchased stuff and energy drink and a pizza ate it and tried to make some phone calls while I was out within 10 minutes of purchasing it and the manager came out and told me I needed to leave, also they would not take an ID that was state issued by doc which is a valid picture ID saying it's against their policy because their manager told them. And every state employee will tell you that's a valid picture ID with all the information needed.. multiple visits that just seemed very negative and disrespectful treated treated very rude

I was charged $1.29 for 2 coffee creamers . I purchased a drink from them and wanted 2 creamers for it. I had poured the 2 creamers inside prior to paying. If a sign was posted about additional creamer charge. I wouldn't of added it. That's outrageous high for creamers.
