My wife and I stopped at this location to get pizza on our lunch break and she watched the employee touch their mouth and several other things before putting glove on over unwashed hands. The only reason we aren't giving a 1 star was they at minimum put gloves on.

I really like Kum & Go. They have a very good rewards program when filling up. I love their coffee bar with the fresh ground coffee. Drink station is really nice with different syrups. Restrooms are always clean. Friendly staff

Assistant manager constantly hits on customers regardless of age. I've seen roaches multiple times. Not a clean store at all.

I wish I would’ve written a good review previously to offset this bad one because I use this location 6 mornings a week for fuel and breakfast and 99.9% of the time, staff is friendly and they have exactly what I need. However, this morning I had an extremely uncomfortable interaction with a specific staff member. I didn’t catch her name, but the woman working in the kitchen today (5/8/23) was SO rude.There’s usually 3 types of burritos, & I get a Brisket Breakfast Burrito every single morning around 8am. Today, the Brisket Burrito was placed in the center of the warmer shelf and the labeled shelf was blocked by the doors. I opened 1 door, and on the label I could only see “_fast Burrito” so I still couldn’t tell which one it was. All the burritos were flipped over so the sticker on the burritos were not visible either. I flipped over 1 burrito to read it, and it said “Brisket” so I grabbed it. The woman said “they’re all the same” I told her I couldn’t read it so I was checking to see if it was the right one. As I turned to go check out, she says “read the f**king sign!” And I was completely caught off guard by the remark.The gentleman at the checkout counter was very nice and informative and definitely made the interaction better, but the woman in the kitchen really truly put a damper on my morning. I know this isn’t how customers should be treated, especially customers that return day after day. 5 stars for every other staff member I’ve interacted with, and NEGATIVE stars for the rude woman behind the kitchen counter. Extremely disappointed.

Despite repeatedly telling them about the expired product in their cases they continue to leave it there. These store employees need more training. They're turning into just another run of the mill ghetto gas station.

This is not to generalize all kum and go’s because they are usually great, but I went inside and they were out of breakfast pizza so I asked the cook “do you know how long until more is done?” She responded with “when I’m done!” Then she walked off. Horrible customer service.

So on a Saturday at 245 pm I a told "we don't make burgers nor cheddar brats" everyone around me looking for food and NONE TO BE HAD!
