This location is terrible. K&G in this town is huge on cleanliness and their fountain drinks. This store is dingy, dimly lit, and has had multiple flavors out on the fountain for months. That's right. Months.
I stop at this location every couple of weeks looking if the coke zero is back. Nope. Now the diet coke is out too because people came in looking for coke zero and had to get diet instead.
Go east to the location on Campbell or northwest to the one at Battlefield and West bypass. This location is terrible and kinda sketchy.

On 5-18-2024, the sign said gas was 3.06, but pump says 3.12. inside, the store attendant made no attempt to rectify our purchase, and uninterested, said he'd let the manager know. He did not want any information on us to contact us back. Don't buy gas under false pretenses.

I bought gas here and parked in a spot to sip some coffee and watch a couple tiktoks before hitting the road again. An employee came out and told me to leave because I'm "loitering". That wasn't my intention I just wanted a quick break before driving again. I wasn't even there for more than a few minutes.

I go there all the time. Had to leave my truck there overnight because I didn't have my keys. They had it towed in less than 24 hrs. Cost me $121.00 and it was parked completely out of the way.

I used to go to this Kum n Go everyday snd had for about 10 years but even though they have some wonderful employees there that are always pleasant there is some newer ones that are just plain rude almost agressive like. Newer blonde who always wears a mask and straight blonde hair blew smoke from her cigarettes IN MY FACE outside while she was smoking. Almost like she saw me talking on my phone snd i believe she can tell i dont like her. My friend was watching snd noticed it. Always seems to be in a bad mood. Sarcastic to the point ive almost losty temper with her. If you dont like your job or dont like dealing with the public then get a different job. She has made me so uncomfortable i rarely go in there. I go to caseys right down the street if i see her in there. I actually think she might be s manager of some sort because i see her on the computer a lot while other people work the registers. Many people who work there are GREAT . Its mainly her. Kum n go please tell your employees to be polite snd NOT blow cigarette smoke in paying customers faces on purpose. Shes lucky im a calm person. I know this review will do nothing. When she quits or gets fired i eill start coming back..... Maybe. Im so tired of big corporations not caring how employees treat thier cistomers. When i find out her name i will come back to this review. The cigarette smoke was the last straw.

Stopped at this location when departing Springfield, MO. It was easy to get in and out of but it was late at the time so customer traffic was probably the lowest it would be during the day. The store was clean and the one staff member that was present was friendly. They have everything that other gas stations have as far as food and drinks go and it's around a lot of other businesses too if you need to stop somewhere else. Good fueling spot.
