My mechanic was super-helpful and didn't even try to sell me on a bunch of things I didn't need. The only downside was the long wait, but that couldn't be helped. There were just a lot of people there that day, and it was the only day and time I could go with that car. If I'd been able to go in the morning, I'm sure I would've been in and out in short order.

I made an appointment yesterday for 12pm today. And the guy proceeded to tell me it be an hour wait just to get started. They also took the walk in before me because he got to the counter before i did-even though I had an appointment. I told him I had an appointment and he said he didnt even know they had online appointments (I've schedule the last 3 I had here online.) Very disappointed. I've been coming here for months and will not be back because of this! I have a kid with me which is why I scheduled the appointment.
