Lab staff is satisfactory however front desk secretary could use a class on etiquette when interacting with patients. Rolling her eyes, tone of voice, even muttering sarcasm under her breath. I have to come here for my job every year and it’s the same negative tone. I’d rather go elsewhere and pay out of pocket.

My phlebotomist was Colby. She said wait for a slight stick. Boy, she was not kidding. It was the most gentle stick I have felt in my entire life and I am almost 60!
