Shout out to Marcos! My motorcycle dropped a carburetor screw on the way there. After finding one in the store, I was unable to put it on, but Marcos offered to find a wrench for me, which he did, and helped me secure my carb back on, and the offered to get me a water to drink. Cycle started right up, and was able to be on my way. Every business should PRAY to find an employee like Marcos.

This place is horrible! I bought a new laundry set to be delivered and installed. They screwed up my original order and shorted me a pedestal. They said it would be 2 weeks until my second pedestal came in. They agreed to let me use my machines and they would install the pedestals when they came in. 6 weeks later, they finally deliver the pedestal and refuse to install them. The delivery crew said they needed to make a phone call to okay it. I tell them I'll disconnect everything, but I need them to install the pedestals. I'm 55 and disabled. They went outside, made a call, got back into their Lowe's truck, and proceeded to drive away. Never coming back to even talk to me. I then get a call from Lowe's saying they weren't going to be installing. I said that they promised me they would. She told me to call the store. The store won't answer the phone. They pick up and hang up without even saying hello. Worst store ever! I will never buy anything from here again. They have not heard the last from me yet. Unconscionable how they lied during every conversation. Go to Home Depot instead. Purchasing from Lowe's was my worst mistake ever! Never again. Go somewhere else. Trust me.

I have been to three separate Lowe's in one week sun considered myself a Lowe's aficionado at this point. I came in to pick up a door that was only available at the store not my closest store. The pick up experience went well they had the door already there which was a nice surprise since the last time I picked up a door it was not ready for me at customer service (although the way it wasn't bad) I also had to pick up some other home-improvement items like grout and sealant. I was approached by a fantastic representative made Joe did a great job and helping me select the grout repair items that I needed and they worked fabulously. The only reason why this wasn't a five-star experience is when I was waiting to have the door loaded into my truck no Lowe's employee ever showed up to help me in the very busy packed Saturday parking lot. After waiting for a good 10 minutes a man that was in line to pick up a microwave took pity on me and offered to help me as a stranger load the door into my truck because he felt sorry I had been waiting so long. This was especially disappointing as this has never happened before at a Lowe's that I've experienced. I was able to make Lowes aware of this in the survey that I was emailed

When we arrived at the house we just bought and realized they'd taken the washer and dryer, we were in a fix. We ran all over looking for a high-capacity washer and dryer we could take the same day, and it wasn't easy to find. Michael in the appliance not only helped us get what we need, he had us in and out in a jiffy. Thanks for your help on June 8th, Michael.

Stars are only because of the service of three people: Amber, Connie, and Ryan. This place was crazy and the temp was dropping. Blue vested people were nearly impossible to find. It was very frustrating. In the garden center, there was one person doing inventory-type things with a scanner, so we approached her about getting a bunch of bags of mulch loaded. Her name was Amber; she walked over with my sister. She told her that my sister's blue hair was awesome (which made her day). She helped with the mulch.At check out, Connie went out of her way to find a Lowe's that had a product we couldn't find here. It was above and beyond customer service. She was so friendly too.We had 16 bags of mulch, so we needed help with loading, but despite repeated calls for assistance, no one arrived. After 7 minutes, a manager stepped in, and 3 men showed up. Two started to help me, but one was not dressed for 25-degree weather. Ryan, our loader, told him to go inside, and he'd handle it. Ryan was awesome! He was very friendly and efficiently loaded the bags.Gold stars Amber, Connie, and Ryan.

Workers play dumb or act like they are doing something and walk away when they see you coming to ask for help. Being new to Missouri, everyone said how nice people are here, well, I disagree. Only 2 workers saw that I needed help and actually came over and asked. All others just ignore me.
