We bought my daughter leggings for $98 for Christmas. She went to exchange them because they were to big and they told her since those leggings were now on sale for $59 she had to pay another 40 to exchange on the same pair of leggings! Excuse me? We spent over 100 dollars because they were NOT on sale. I don't care if they are on sale now, they weren't when we bought them. The staff was very rude. We usually are in this store at least once a week purchasing items. We will not be returning after this experience.

Rudest encounter yet at Springfield. I went to take a sports bra I had bought only one week ago back. When I tried taking it back with everything needed to return, a male who was helping at the register said the it was worn down and I couldn’t exchange it. Remind you I bought it one week ago and hadn't even put it on yet because it was the wrong size. After we walked away I overheard him rudely talk about us trying to return it because it was “worn down” Do better springfield!!!!

My daughters love this store and I heard they have golf pants so I had to go check it out. I was very impressed with the staff and store. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of golf pants and they were worth the $$. They feel and look great! I am confident they will last a long time! Quality products! Highly recommend Lululemon and visiting the Springfield store.

The workers were so nice! They kept on checking up on me and although my social anxiety was not calm they were so kind. These specific 2 girls working shift while I was there were so much help

Walked into the store around 7:00pm on July 3rd and was very disappointed with our experience. The store was practically empty and not one of the multiple staff greeted us or offered to help us find what we were looking for. I usually love this location as all of my other experiences have been wonderful. This just shows the importance of having friendly staff on shift.

I have owned many pairs of ABC pants over the years, and they all held up fine, but these are cheaply made. For $130, you would think that they would last over a year. these split a large hole in the inner thigh. The fabric just ripped along the seam. I went to the store to see if they would exchange, and they said no. I contacted them online and again they said no. I even received a follow up email asking how they could help with the situation, and again they said I'm out of luck and out $130.

I went in Friday May 17th around 630pm with my daughter and sister. As we all three walked in the door not one of the 6 staff that we saw greeted us nor asked if we needed help upon arrival, which is odd because they usually do. As I looked around the store I don’t see any of the usual staff we typically see when we shop. My daughter was looking for two particular items to purchase for summer. At 14 years old this is life or death to her right now. As she tried stuff on in the dressing she noticed the staff weren’t helpful. No one even got a dressing room for her, nor wrote her name on the door. (The dressing room door was left open) She likes coming to talk about products with staff and get help finding what she needs because I do encourage her to speak to staff and not do all things online for orders. This was a horrible experience. Not just because she was 14 years old. More so because out of 6 staff we had to be in the store 20-25 minutes before I had to ask after she teared up in dressing room over the lack of help. Keeping my composure because at this point a mother was not pleased. As I’m waiting a couple walks in with a baby and we hear the enthusiastic Lululemon Greeting for them! Ok, now at this point I’m done and ready to go….When I asked for help of course somehow any size she needed they said they had in store could not be located. I was done! At this point yes! I encourage my daughter not to even shop at the store ever again at least at this point. These people and the nasty customers service. Shame on you. Disappointed in Lululemon staff on that day.

Shoutout to Bailey for helping me out. The entire staff there was super friendly and accommodating however Bailey went above and beyond to ensure I found what I was looking for. She was extremely knowledgeable, and made sure I was well informed of store policy as well as care of my clothes after purchase. Overall great experience and quality purchase.

Make this make sense- my sister brings in a pair of leggings from 2 years ago clearly worn and used no tags etc . Easy exchange. I bring in a pair of leggings never worn but took the tag off because I had didn't realize the fit would be different from the other style leggings I have in the same size I never thought anything of it until I go to actually wear them and couldn't get them up all the way so way different sizing . I bring them in to exchange and she says nope can't without the tag. Denied exchange. She said they took my sisters exchange because of a quality guarantee like the seam didn't hold through etc. so you're saying if I brought these in with a torn seam or something then you would because of quality when I'm trying to exchange them because I didn't think that the sizing would be that far off from one style of leggings to another from the same brand and these don't fit and they're in mint condition ... lululemon is willllld selling 100$ leggings you can't exchange for in store credit within a month even with proof of purchase! That's insane

I am giving this 5 star review specifically for Jacelyn who works at the Battlefield Mall Location. I had gone in w my daughter so she could tell me some things she wanted for Christmas. I went to the front counter and asked a woman to please hold the items. I came back about 1 hr later without my daughter to purchase the items. I went to the front register and the people up there could not find the items. They said sorry it's been crazy. On my way out Jacelyn offered to help me. Unfortunately i had to bring my daughter in to try and find the same items. One was a clearance item so i knew they would be gone. Jacelyn offered to look at the register where i was previously told the items were gone. She ended up finding them. Sad my daughter knows exactly what she is getting, but this young lady provided exemplary customer service that nobody else wanted to provide. She deserves a raise!!

I only received one of my two items in my package and on chat. They’re trying to track the missing package. There is no missing package. There’s only missing item from the package. Very frustrating.
