I had a great experience getting our truck hood and roof painted due to damage from aging. Joslin did an excellent job helping me understand our options while helping me stay in our budget. She was very patient and took her time to help me understand the different levels of service offered because honestly, it was like a foreign language to me initially. We are very pleased with the outcome! It looks great. The customer service at the shop is excellent. I was treated with respect and courtesy every single interaction I had.

Unbelievable work! Did a full color change from white to blue and the attention to detail these people do is incredible! got another truck repainted a few years ago the same color and came out nice but the color change they do is amazing. They also stick to their word. They quoted me a price and when it came to paying they didn’t try to up charge on any thing definitely recommend this place wish I could rate it higher

I am thrilled with my new paint job from Maaco’s! (Chestnut expressway location) The work is quality and service excellent. I found the fee to be fair and reasonable. I will certainly recommend the crew at Maaco’s.

If I could rate my experience less than one star I would. I went in for a quote for several small scratches on the doors of my car and was told it would be anywhere from $300-450 for the repair. I was immediately concerned and suspicious of this price. I went to the other MAACO location in Springfield where they fixed everything the same day for me and I was only charged $40-50 for the repairs. I have never been so appalled at such obvious price gouging and what would have essentially been theft. I will never return to this location and would encourage every one to be incredibly cautious if seeking services at the north Springfield location!
