Great selection for dresses for special occasions!! Found the perfect dress for my daughter and my mother. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they do not carry plus size dresses. They carry plus size athletic wear and plus size casual wear, but they do not carry plus size dresses. Besides that, perfect experience. Excellent staff! Great layout with clothing in the relation to dressing rooms. Fantastic shopping experience. But ladies who need plus size, I'm sorry, we are left out.

12/21/24 I had a wonderful shopping experience at the LANCOME counter, Macy's Springfield Mo. Of course in the Christmas rush the store was a madhouse. The clerk ,
MARY MITCHELL, was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me find an item comparable to what I had seen online.

The lady at the jewelry desk was very helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I was looking for. I did appreciate her assistance though!!
Reason for 4 star - my own attitude towards the employee who was simply helping and trying to find a solution. I got fussy and irritated and instead of just waiting I let it out and projected on to her. If I could I’d apologize to her. I plan to if she’s working there still in a couple weeks.

I recently placed a Lancome product order by phone, with Catherine Louis, from the Springfield, Missouri location. Thank you for being so helpful and informative in fulfilling my order. I've used Lancome products for over 30 years.... tried others, but always returned to Lancome....great products pleasant staff. Thumbs up, Catherine!

It was nice found a lot of bargains n some good buys went shopping with my sister's had a Awesome Day. They found things at Macy's also.
